Great house and surroundings! Host is very responsive and helpful.

Austin is an incredible host who was responsive and extremely understanding when our arrival/departure plans had to adjust due to our three young children as well as two cats. Our family LOVED staying at his beautiful house for two months while waiting for our own place to get ready. Austin got us a brand new refrigerator during our stay and the kitchen had all necessary amenities for our long stay. The hot tub was fantastic and the area is quite peaceful. Our children loved being walking distance from Cottenwood Creek Park and the weather here allowed for plenty of visits even during g February-March. Thank you again for a fantastic stay and we will definitely recommend this place as well as Austin when our family and friends visit from out of town!

Loved our stay there, but please do something about the main floor queen bed. Entirely too firm for my liking.

Ingrid and Robert are the definition of Superhosts. They gave us and our pup such a warm welcome and were incredibly kind, thoughtful, flexible, accommodating, responsive, yet respectful of our privacy. They truly go above and beyond. It is evident that they love hosting people in their cozy and spotless space above the garage. They included everything you might need for a great stay. Some of the thoughtful extras: a personalized welcome sign, gate opener, a quick tour of the space, bathrobes, cozy bedding, a guidebook with helpful instructions and local recommendations, breakfast items, and even freshly ground coffee. The location was perfect — minutes from Santa’s Workshop, Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Manitou Springs. The area was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We only wish we had more time to stay. Thank you, Ingrid and Robert, for a truly unforgettable experience! We look forward to visiting again!!

What a wonderful place! Before we arrived Debbie got ahold of us asking when we might arrive. She asked because if we were arriving after dark they wanted to leave lights on for us, very considerate. Upon arrival Debbie greeted us and showed us how to use the hot tub, turning on and adjusting jets, adjusting the heat, opening and closing the cover. On the first night of our stay there was a power outage. They hooked up a generator and were able to restore power to the lights and tv. Before they were able to get the generator going they brought us flashlights and a small battery powered light we could hang on the wall. The place matched the pictures online perfectly, it was exactly what we expected. The only exception was the flowers weren’t blooming but it’s February 😁. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable, the hosts were awesome, the hot tub was fantastic and we very highly recommend staying with Deane and Debbie. They went above and beyond to make us feel right at home!

The place was very nice. We love the Hot Tub and Arcades game. Kids enjoy it. We will booked again if we go there in the future.

We felt right at home the moment that we arrived. Julie's home was immaculate and extremely cozy. The mountain views are unbeatable and we even had some deer come through the yard the morning we checked out. Thank you so much for making your home accessible to visitors. The views are stunning, place was super clean, comfortable beds, and all the amenities you'd need. We enjoyed our morning coffee with a beautiful mountain view, and had deer visit at dawn and dusk! The neighbor dog Sandy was a big bonus as she was so sweet and came to visit. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Jacquie's house. It was great to have so much space to relax. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and it was nice to have a dining room, as well as a washer and dryer after several days of traveling. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe to enjoy a walk. We hope to stay again on another trip to Colorado Springs.

Kathleen was the kindest host I have stayed with so far and it's hosts like her that make Airbnb so wonderful. Her home was beautiful and we loved experiencing it during our stay. Her kitchen is ready to cook with, she prepped the bathroom with extra towels, overall she was very considerate for our needs. The cabin is situated around an incredible forest that was so incredible and peaceful to look at. It was truly what we needed to get away from the city. I'm so glad I stayed with Kathleen and I'd be happy to stay again:)

As soon as I walked into the home, it brought back memories of my childhood living on our farm! The kitchen sink where mom gave the little ones baths to (not liking)washing the dishes! The white woodwork just like we had, had me thinking back on the memories of mom giving it all a coat of fresh paint! I would definitely come back for a most memorable stay! Thank you!

Crystal was an excellent host, whose description of the listing was surprisingly accurate given what some other reviews complained about. My wife and I found the space exceedingly comfortable and cozy. There are plenty of blankets if you do happen to get chilly, but we visited in the middle of a typical Colorado spring snowstorm and were plenty comfortable both in the bedroom and shared living space. Furthermore, we had no issues whatsoever with the hot water or the size of the bathroom, despite running and hiking in the beautiful surroundings. Fantastic stay all around!

This place is a true gem, comfortable, private, and you can walk anywhere in Old Colorado City with ease. I stayed for 5 weeks and didn't want to leave. You can see Pikes Peak from the front porch, and hiking is beyond abundant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beth is a fantastic host and this is a fantastic place to stay.

Rick was a great host, responded fast and even stopped by to show us how to use the fire place, lamp heater and more. Definitely would stay here again.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in this beautiful home, albeit 7 years apart and with a slightly different crew. We loved it the first time and couldn't stop thinking about it when we started planning a new trip to Colorado Springs. It is close to so many things (restaurants, trails, activities), yet situated at the end of a road that makes you feel secluded. The views from the living room cannot be beat, and the bedrooms and bathrooms provided plenty of space for our group of 11. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, and toiletries, and comfortable with the heated floors and extra throw blankets. It was another great trip to this home and we hope to be back!

Beautiful place with beautiful backyard. House has everything you need, very spacious, and the best part is its location. It’s at 10-20 minutes drive from all the attractions.

Brandon was friendly and responsive. Home is just like the pictures and very clean. Home is close to a lot of restaurants and businesses. Has great views of the mountains and about one hour away from Denver. Would recommend.

My wife and I loved this stay! Super easy check in with clear communication from the host. Couldn’t have picked a better location to enjoy CO and Manitou Springs! Great location that made it so easy to get to all of the sites and experiences in the area. We definitely hope to be back soon! Highly recommend this stay!

Quaint neighborhood for a beautiful historic home! Beautiful ambiance and classic feel.

I walked 10 minutes to get to my professional conference at the Broadmoor Hotel. It’s less expensive than the hotel rooms with more freedom and privacy, and with your own hot tub. I walked 15 minutes the other direction to a mountain canyon park, nature station, and a nice trail that follows a stream up the canyon. If you’re not a hiker, take any number of day trips by car to natural beauty and wonders. It’s in a pleasant wooded neighborhood with close neighbors on either side, but it feels very private. It has that rustic arts and crafts mountain cabin feel and is very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable bed. Deer were hanging out in the yard one day.

I stayed at this Airbnb for about three weeks and absolutely loved every minute of it! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure my stay was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere—it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with an even better host!

Our stay here was set in a very relaxing environment, it was peaceful and pleasant. We saw deer in the morning right outside the outside sitting area which is always a blessing. Great location for our stay. We would come back again.
