We particularly liked: walking distance to the old town, spacious premises, tasteful decor, very friendly hosts. Great big fridge and freezer, beds great. Of course, the patio, also ideal for drying laundry, sitting and eating there in the evening or in the morning. Nice place to stay! Glad to come back!

Our stays was lovely, everything was as expected and the location was quite central surrounded by beautiful beaches within 15-20 mins drive.

Sara's place was perfect for what we required. We were in Menorca for a wedding for a long weekend and ideally located in Binibequer area - super easy to walk into town for bars & restaurants or the beach. Really usefull little supermarket night next door as well for any essentials. House was very clean and had everything in the desciption including table tennis equipment. Sara also aloud us a slightly later checkout on final day as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. I would highly recommend!

We had a great week with family at Maria's. Laria who lives next door welcomed us. The house is really very large, perfect for 8, super clean. The pool is very nice in size, layout, exposure, quiet. The road is narrow to get there but that goes with the charm of this Menorcan farm. The location of the house was perfect for us who traveled all over the island. There are restaurants in the nearby town accessible in 5 minutes by car, doable by bike but not on foot. Quiet with countryside views, lots of charm. You can hear the road that passes 200 meters away but it's ok. One downside, the quality of the wifi is not great including the network and the quality of the beds was ok but could be better. We'll be back.

Mateu's house on the harbor of Cala Ratjada is just wonderful! Great room layout, lovingly and very stylishly furnished, the works of art by Mateu give the rooms a very special flair. The spacious patio was the center of our life, but also the morning coffee on the balcony, which is accessible directly from the master bedroom, was the perfect start to the day. The location is sensational, right on the harbor and a short walk from the sea and the picturesque Cala Gat. We enjoyed the sunny autumn days here very much and felt at home from the start. Communication with Mateu was straightforward and incredibly friendly, check-in and check-out were very flexible and easy. This place is very special, we certainly weren't there for the last time.

Everything is fantastic, we will be back!

Bernat's apartment is ideal and in perfect condition, you can see that Bernat cares a lot about maintenance, details and our well-being. She always has fluid communication, attentive, and quick to respond. The surroundings are very quiet with beautiful views of the sea. I recommend sunsets from the terrace, the sun sets just in front of the apartment. 100% recommended!

Perfect, cozy, spacious and bright accommodation with superb views of the bay. Ideally located 15 minutes from Mahon and the airport. Free parking in front of the residence is a real plus. Gosia and Jordi were very friendly, extremely responsive and accommodating. Warmly recommended accommodation.

A neat and nicely decorated apartment. A breathtaking view of the bay! Even more beautiful than in the photos. Pedro is responsive, his explanations were clear for our arrival and during the stay. The apartment contains everything you need. Fully-equipped kitchen, full linens. Linen change mid-week. Storage to settle in comfortably. Washing machine, sea views in every room of the house. Blackout shutters and curtains in the bedrooms. Quiet and peaceful terrace. I highly recommend this apartment, it was a breath of fresh air and happiness. We had a great week at Pedro's. We hope to be back some day.

We spent a week in Menorca to discover the island. The place was well placed to shine, at the same time there was the heated pool for my teens , and the place was perfect for relaxing with all the comforts you need. Scott and Charlie were perfect hosts: very available, enjoyable and responsive!

We had a super lovely stay in this apartment, it was perfect for one adult with two kids. Unfortunately, the pool was still closed (end of April), so this was a huge disappointment for the kids. So maybe check in advance if it's really open, depending on the season when you travel. The super beautiful beach as well as many restaurants can be reached walking for a few minutes. The two balconies were great for breakfast/dinner. We really appreciated the beach umbrella, the sand toys and the fantastic kitchen with everything you could possibly need for cooking. We had a lovely stay at Eric and Sonia's apartment. Relaxing setting, with superb sea views. Easy access and parking space. Not many people and not much open in March. But great location for visiting beautiful Menorca Island.

Manuel was an extremely generous & responsive host & gave tips for local attractions. His apartment is in a beautiful spot - you can sit on the terrace and watch the sunset over the sea - it’s lovely. What was really good is that the flat is so well equipped & toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bin bags etc are all provided - this is a massive plus. The flat is perfect for a couple/2 adults or someone with small children- it could hold 4 adults but it would be very cosy. It is at the top of the hill so it’s quite a walk back up- even for us & were fit - so if you’re older or with young kids you would want a car to get down into the centre. The flat is in such a quiet spot it is perfect if you want a peaceful, relaxing break to enjoy the views and the lovely island of Menorca. Thank you !

Superb apartment quite simple, with its terrace, bright and well decorated. Quiet and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after beautiful hikes. We were fine.

Thank you Jean-Philippe, the instructions were clear; The accommodation was clean and functional. Everything is well thought out. Very convenient beach chairs. Proximity to the perfect bar and pool. Beautiful wild and protected scenery. We had not rented a car, so we were able to take bus 32 (bus stop near the bar) which leads to Mahon (Capital) and Aliaor (connecting for ciutadella). The neighborhood is peaceful, clean with not too far a bakery, a tobacconist, a supermarket, a car rental and medical center; The beautiful beach and crystal clear water with a bar that also serves dishes.

We immediately felt comfortable in the accommodation and luckily we were able to check in right after arrival and before 3 PM. The host always responded extremely quickly to messages, always helped us and gave us great tips. We were there with a toddler and the apartment was super suitable for it. The pool is little used, which is why we always had it to ourselves. The sea was also very nice and quick to reach on foot. A very great stay and a place that is highly recommended.

Everything went really well. Nacho and Leticia were very attentive to make sure everything was fine, from before our arrival to check-out. Friendly at all times and willing to help if we needed anything. The house was perfect, everything was clean, tidy, and it is located in a fantastic place to be able to see the sunset and be at peace. A 10/10!

The accommodation is located in a residential area but it is very quiet, 3 minutes from Arenal beach and 3 minutes from the mountain where you can make hiking trails while enjoying the views towards the sea and nature... there are wild goats in the area always, it is a spectacle. Also, there are several supermarkets nearby and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend it if you want to disconnect and relax.

Silvia was immediately clear and available to which question, she even recommended a place to rent the car that did not ask for a credit card. The house is in a perfect location and very convenient to reach all the most beautiful parts of the island. The house has parking in front, several supermarkets nearby, very good restaurants and a beautiful cove. We found the place clean and efficient, with everything we needed. The apartment is great for a family. The residential development has a swimming pool and garden that were ready in April. The kitchen has a dishwasher and everything you need. Everything was as described in the listing. We've been very comfortable. Jaume was very friendly and helpful. We'll stay again if we can.

We had a great stay at John's place in Son Bou! The apartment is modern, bright, and has a stunning ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, stove, oven, BBQ, airfryer), and the bedrooms have AC/heating, which was perfect in the cooler nights. We also appreciated the baby items (bed, high chair, beach umbrella). Communication with John was excellent — very friendly and responsive — and he even allowed a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Parking was easy (off-season) and the communal pool was a nice bonus. The location is great too, close to the beach, hiking trails, and historical sites. The only small downside we noticed towards the end of our stay is that the walls are a bit thin and you can hear your neighbours, but that is probably quite common in buildings like this. Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommended!
