It consists of two floors: the first with living room, kitchen with office, pantry, a laundry room with patio, a double bedroom,a full bathroom and outdoor dining room. The lower one has the main room, with a dressing room and a nice bathroom with jacuzzi and shower, 2 single and 1 double bedrooms, and a bathroom.

The Mistral Villas are in the heart of the village Ses Salines and there are two restaurants and a small shop nearby (open during peak season). Easy access to various watersports on the island. Fornells is a charming village which is a short drive or 25 minute walk away. The stunning beach Playa de Fornells is a short drive or 20 minute walk which is a must to visit.

The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On a first level, we found a double bedroom and bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bath. Going up to the rooftop we find the laundry area.
