The apartment is located in Rieden am Forggensee in the district of Osterreinen, so on foot only 5 minutes from the shore of the lake. The apartment has its own access in the house, free parking is also available to all guests directly in the yard. Right next door there is a small cafe for breakfast, opposite a pizzeria, otherwise your own kitchen offers everything you need.

It is located on the ground floor of an apartment building and has a terrace facing south-west with adjoining meadow area overlooking the magnificent mountain panorama. A place to feel good!

The Straubinger house is located directly on the Forggensee in the Allgäu, so mountain climbing and swimming are no problem!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
