The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from about 11/05. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The nearby, free Lindenhofbad with beach cafe is within walking distance.
