Our 80 sq. m apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes on foot you will be at the Alpsee and the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ cycling tours start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km, Füssen 4.2 km.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Close to the city – and yet idyllically quiet! Enjoy your vacation in our cozy 1-room apartment. The house was newly built in 2017 and is in an absolutely fantastic and quiet location. The cozy Füssen Old Town with numerous restaurants and cafes is about a 15 minutes. Lake Forggensee and the Festspielhaus are a 10-minute walk away (distance a good 500 m). Biking, hiking and cross-country trails are very close and invite you to explore nature.

Alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Schlösser Hohenschwangau und Neuschwanstein sind 4 km entfernt und sehr leicht erreichbar. Die Umgebung bietet Freizeitspass ohne Ende das gesamte Jahr über.

Top floor apartment with great view on caste Neuschwanstein. Wonderful mountain views from the large east balcony at „Säuling“ (2,047m above sealevel) and at „Tegelberg“. The apartment is spacious and completely covered with parquet. A large studio with living and dining area, a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, hallway. The apartment is in a quiet house with a large, well-kept garden. Forggensee within walking distance.

At the edge of the medieval old town, immediately at the historical city wall, our 4-room-apartment is located on the first floor of a luxurios old town art nouveau villa, which is under monumental protection. The villa was completely renovated in 2015. The villa is in the heart of Füssen, just a stone´s throw from the old town and Füssen´s main station. The bus station to Schloss Neuschwanstein is only meters away.
