Monthly Rentals in Forest Hills

I decided on a last minute spontaneous trip and was thrilled to find Alex’s place. She was quick to respond and accommodate a same day check in. Her place was beautiful and peaceful and I hope to return one day!

Wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described. Very serene and quiet. Excellent option if you need to get some work done like I did—WiFi is fast and there is a large monitor. Hot tub was very private. Perfect location—10ish minutes to Guerneville in one direction, 20 to Healdsburg. Beautiful drive in both directions. Heat and AC worked well but there is also a space heater and fan :)

5 Stars – A Perfect Getaway! My family had an amazing time at Vino Rio—it truly felt like a home away from home. The house is thoughtfully set up with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hot tub was clean and ready to enjoy, the beds were super comfy, and the bathrooms were absolutely pristine. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and even bake, and there were emergency kits on hand, which was a thoughtful touch. We really appreciated the book full of local recommendations, and the board games made for some fun family nights. Every detail felt intentional, from the handy labels to the practical layout of the space. The backyard was a hit with our kid—perfect for soccer and corn hole—while the rest of us enjoyed BBQing and soaking in the peaceful vibe. The location was perfect, too—close to great wineries and scenic hiking spots. All around, this place had an amazing energy. 10/10 would recommend and definitely plan to return!

Staying at Zhan’s place was like waking up in a Bob Ross painting every morning - truly magical. It was the perfect forest retreat for our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dog). We were able to easily visit the Armstrong Redwoods, nearby Guerneville and other Sonoma County towns, all within a 15-20 minute drive. The fire pit is perfect for making s’mores. The driveway can be tricky to enter but Zhan gave excellent tips. Would happily book again!
