Perfect stay in Cala Millor. The apartment is located on the 7th floor and offers an absolutely breathtaking sea view that makes every morning an unforgettable experience. There's nothing like waking up to this panoramic ocean view and starting the day. The apartment itself is very clean and well equipped. It offers everything you need for a comfortable stay – from a well-equipped kitchen to a comfortable bed where you can sleep wonderfully. A special plus was the hospitality of the hostess Susan and her husband. Upon arrival (in the evening!) we were warmly welcomed, and she really took the time to give us some great restaurant tips. You can tell that she really appreciates her guests and makes sure they feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. Thank you Susan ;)

Very nice accommodation located in a green and intimate residence. The geographical location is ideal, a few minutes walk to the waterfront but away from the big hotel complexes and therefore quiet. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Juliane is a welcoming and available host. We would highly recommend!

Really great apartment, very quiet neighborhood and only 5min walk to the beach. Host provided great instructions and was extremely helpful with anything we needed (they replaced a broken sun parasol in the backyard within a couple hours on the weekend). Only one negative thing to note: the beds are a bit outdated and squeaky

Kati is the kindest and most thoughtful host we've ever had the pleasure of staying with. We didn't meet her in person but from our very first interaction her warmth and joy in hosting shone through. I can't thank her enough for the kindness and support she showed when we couldn't make it to the airport 2-hours before flying due to a sudden illness. If there was an award for host of the year I would nominate Kati in a heartbeat. As for the apartment, again, Kati had thought of everything. From toiletries to beach towels, to a bathroom step and toilet seat for 3-year old and books and toys for her to play with. It was so equipped. She messaged a couple of days into our holiday to ask if there was anything we needed and she was responsive to our requests throughout our stay. Font de Sa Cala is beautiful, albeit a little more "resorty" than places we're used to staying. Perfect for a week in the sun but due to the storms we found ourselves driving further to entertain our little one.

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! A real homestay This guest house has complete family facilities. Many details make the guests feel that they have a home in Mallorca. There is a convenience store downstairs. If you can buy bread, eggs, vegetables and fruits to cook There is a free tennis court and swimming pool. Although I was busy going to all kinds of beaches, it was a bonus to have a choice. Parking is very convenient, just park downstairs Overall, renting a car in Mallorca and staying in a B&B like this really makes you feel like you're a resident of the island.

Excellent stay, apartment in a very nice location, in a quiet area. The apartment is clean, simple and practical, everything we need for a pleasant stay. The pool is a real plus. Beaches are within walking distance, the city is a few minutes' drive and the rest of the island is also accessible by car for less than an hour. Miquel is a great host, he is responsive and his instructions are clear and precise. I'll keep this place in mind for another stay in Menorca. I would highly recommend it.

Everything was great! The place is comfortable and very conveniently located. For us, 5 girls, it was EXTREMELY pleasant to surprise two bathrooms, since we did not see this in the description... There were no problems with the lines who would wash first.💞 Also, the presence of balconies in all rooms created a more comfortable temperature, since there are no air conditioners in the room (which would not really hurt). The only disadvantage is the presence of a huge number of mosquitoes, we are all bitten, but this is not surprising, because the river is extremely beautiful on the side. The accommodation we liked very well. A highlight is the roof terrace overlooking Capdepera. The furnishings of the apartment left nothing to be desired. Also the bed was very large and comfortable. Overall we felt very comfortable. In the immediate vicinity is the central square of Capdepera with some restaurants and a small supermarket. There is also a public parking space right outside. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Such a stunning location and very clean and modern apartment. Located directly on the water and steps away from the beach. It was truly a relaxing stay and the views cannot be beat. There are plenty of restaurants and bars right next door. They provided beach towels which was nice. We were a group of 4 adults and would stay again.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Couldn't have asked for more! Fabulous host, great communication. Would totally recommend and looking forward to staying again!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.
