Great place to stay. Just a few steps away from great walking trails along the beautiful American river. Being at the end of a street is really nice. Definitely would stay again.

Had a blast staying in this beautiful home! With lots to do and enough privacy & beds for 12+ after a long sunny day in the pool, a peaceful stroll in the lake or some competitive evenings in the game room! Overall loved the neighborhood and was very happy with the home. Can’t wait to go back!

The home was super comfortable! The outdoor space was one of my favorite parts! Tons of hummingbirds to see! Having a large group like I did the house was spacious and full of potential to host. There were several TV's and lounge areas it was a great get away. So close to Folsom Lake, and San Francisco!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of things to do within a short drive. Wei was an excellent host and was very friendly and accommodating to our party. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is everything we could have wanted for our group. Instructions were clear and concise so we knew what to expect. It had plenty of space for 11 people and had all the things we needed. We spent a lot of time cooking in the kitchen which included all the items to fix all the meals we had planned to make. Rooms were spacious and clean. One of the bathrooms did have some towels hanging behind the door instead of folded so I am unsure if those were used or clean. But besides that, all the bedrooms and the bathrooms were clean and stocked. It did not feel cramped with all of us in the house! The master bedroom is an extra bonus with the heated floor, tub, and shower. The backyard was also very beautiful even though we did not get to spend a lot of time there. Amber was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire duration and even before our stay. We were very very lucky to have found this beautiful home and we look forward to future bookings with Amber!

One of the most unique homes I've ever stayed in! Beautifully decorated, immaculate architecture, pristine landscape & serene location along the river! I'd definitely stay here again.

Gosh where do I start? This was by far my favorite place we have stayed so far. The home was beautiful, cozy, and the accommodations were perfect. We barely left the home (just for food and groceries) and spent almost all of our time outdoors by the river making memories with our littles. Our dog got to hang out with us as well. We loved the fact that the deck can be gated and closed and this relieved a lot of stress as far as having to constantly watch our dog. The atmosphere is relaxing, the home is clean, and has everything you need. Outside, there are multiple sitting areas and direct access to the water. During hot peak hours, we took dips in the river with the kids and during cooler temps in the evenings, we relaxed in the hot tub. We are planning on making this a yearly tradition. The host was very kind and responsive and just friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

This house was beautiful and clean. It was a quiet neighborhood, which we enjoyed. Our favorite thing was coffee by the pool In the morning’s. The location was great and there many options of stores to go to. I will definitely stay there again when I visit Folsom.

We loved our stay. The open kitchen and living/dining area were perfect for our family. The bedrooms on lower levels allowed for quiet and privacy. The place is beautiful.

We had a great stay at this lovely home in Loomis! It was the perfect spot for our family — including our small dog and toddler. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was ideal, just a short drive to our family in Roseville, which made it super convenient. We really appreciated how pet- and kid-friendly the space was — it made our trip that much easier. Jennifer was a great host and very responsive. We have already booked another stay for our next visit to the area.

I booked Carolyn’s Place for my family to stay when they were visiting me for my graduation and it fit the description provided on the app. As soon as we entered we settled right in and it felt right at home. Carolyn was more than happy to help us with even small inconvenience and was always very responsive and even offered to extend our check-out provided no one was renting the unit (tho we didn’t need it and left early). Everything in the house was available to us and exactly as described. It easily accommodated 5 people as shown and was in a friendly neighborhood as well. Overall Carolyn’s place was amazing and made us feel safe. Carolyn’s responsiveness and the place’s atmosphere made our trip even more memorable. I would definitely recommend to stay at her hidden home and would love to visit again!

Wow Wow Wow!!! The view and grounds are amazing! The beds are all very comfortable and the linens are super soft. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware which made dinners easy. Plenty of seating and tables for all 8 of us. Bathrooms are updated with all of the amenities. The outdoor area was our favorite. They have many outdoor option’s when it comes to seating. Couches, lounges, chairs, beautiful large grass area, not to mention the kayaks, paddle boards and tubes. Steve and Sachie’s place is conveniently located to many of the surrounding cities. Our favorite restaurant was a very short drive and so delicious. Twelve 28 Kitchen will not disappoint. I have to end this review with Wow the view is amazing from this home. Thank you Steve and Sachie, we can’t wait to come back! Patti

This place is a gem! Super cute and clean! The master bed was so comfy. The strip in the kitchen everyone is tripping over was not a big deal just pay attention! We felt like we were the only people in the neighborhood. Fantastic home. Great hosts! Thank you❤️

Brought family to enjoy the lake, casinos and needed all the comforts minus the noise and cramping of hotels. We found everything we needed at this stay. Nicely remodeled home with modern kitchen and coffee amenities conveniently arranged. AC on a warm night was awesome. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of soap and shampoo. beds were comfy. The game room was great for streaming a show and lounging or reading. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, friendly folks walking to donuts down the street in the mornings. We were 7-10 minutes from black miners bar lake natomas access where we went kayaking and paddle boarding. Our stay was cool and comfortable. Parking was available for our two vehicles. We plan on staying again next time we are casino and lake adventuring in Sacramento.
