Monthly Rentals in Folkston

The Little White Cottage was an amazing stay! The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful but close to the necessities. Dorothy was super proactive with her communication and provided clear directions and notes. The cottage was equipped with things I didn’t even know I’d need! It was extremely clean and comfortable. It allowed me a place to come back to after a day trip as well as a quiet atmosphere to get work done when necessary. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

A great location for watching the trains while in Folkston! We had a great time! Brandie’s cottage is perfect - so clean, room to spread out, and walkable to several restaurants. Everything was as described. Brandie is very easy to communicate with, and available for anything you might need. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay! We only had one issue and the host responded and handled it quickly. She was very friendly too. We loved this little home. It was very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely look for this one again! When traveling here, Steffan’s is a “must try” for their great southern food just minutes from this home. We had an amazing trip with much relaxation and peace and quiet. Love this Southern Charmer!
