Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Folkestone & Hythe District

Rukayat was super responsive and very helpful when checking in. The place is free of clutter, and was very clean. It’s easily within walking distance of Canning Town Station which is super convenient. Could maybe do with the addition of a tea towel to dry plates and cups used, and the arm of the sofa was a bit broken, but considering the price, the convenience, and having all other amenities we needed, we really can’t complain. Thank you for having us, we will probably be back soon!

I had a wonderful time at Tanya’s accommodation! I booked few days away from the city for my family with 2 teenage daughters to enjoy the beach and the surroundings and fishing for my husband ! Great place to stay lots of things to do good restaurants and nice shops! The house it’s amazing well equipped a lot of space very clean and the host really helpful and responsive! Had to mention that the top terrace was my daughter’s favourite spot in the house they said it’s the perfect place to find your inspiration! Loved it! Hope we can come again during the summer!

The flat was in a great location — just a 10-minute walk to the main beach and all the shops. There’s free parking right in front of the building, which was super convenient. The view from the windows was beautiful, especially at sunset. The place was really tidy and actually nicer than I expected. Overall, a great stay!

it was a pleasure to stay at Remy's. The studio was really easy to find and check in - the instructions within the app were helpful. the apartment was clean and free from clutter and location was good and close to the centre two notes: 1. check in instructions were not sent until check in was open, which was a pain as I had to find public WiFi to access the app. I appreciate Remy not wanting people to turn up early, but this added a barrier to our trip. 2. contrary to check in instructions, Remy will send multiple messages outlining check out. one was sent at 7am on the day of check out waking me and my wife up. not appropriate. overall great place, but I think communication could have been better

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end, tout y etait pour qu'il le soit . Il ne manque rien , c'est très cosy , on s'y sent bien . Commerces à proximité, mer pas loin du tout , sainte cecile est un village charmant . Notre hôte a été adorable , réactive, je recommande ce gite En plus nos amis les bêtes sont accueillies pour leur plus grand bonheur avec un petit jardinet avec du sable . Félicitations !

I rented Lisa's home for my partner's birthday gathering, and we had an unforgettable time there—every guest was amazed by the property! It was the perfect size for what we needed, and you can very comfortably sleep up to 12 people there. The place was clean, spacious, with lots of character, and we were allowed to bring our cat, who had a lovely time too! He particularly enjoyed the guinea pigs! The hot tub was a great addition, which we managed to squeeze 8 people into! In terms of location, despite being right next to a busy road, it is very private and you can't hear the traffic from inside. We walked to the nearby winery for a tour and tasting, which was lovely, though the road is not particularly pedestrian-friendly. All in all, Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped make our stay wonderful. She had even left some fresh eggs in the kitchen for us, laid by the chickens in the garden. We loved it, and I can highly recommend staying there!

This was a great find in a central location. The place was immaculate and is dressed to a high standard. It was surprising how spacious the house was one inside. It was really homely, peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely come and stay here again.

Un logement pratique, parfaitement équipé et bien décoré, rien ne manque pour un séjour zen et apaisant seul, à deux ou en famille . We had the most amazing stay! Jaqua is a first class host and the house was everything and more. We partied all afternoon and evening and it was the most comfortable and perfect place to be. The garden and bar are massive and then there was plenty of room to take the evening indoors. The bedrooms are all large and beautifully decorated. I could not imagine anyone being disappointed with a stay here. We highly recommend for large family or friend gatherings. Thank you Jaqua, and we will definitely see you again soon 😊

The accommodation is set in beautiful grounds in a very grand house. Whilst it is set up as private accommodation, it is still a part of their home and so is separated by lockers adjoint doors, so there is some mutual noise transferred between guest and the owners. However, the place is extremely spacious, very well equipped (knives, pans, dishwasher, washing machine etc), TVs and the Japanese toilets were something we noticed in the photos and we're a good plus. Bim was very hospitable and to prove how well it worked for us, we extended our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sigrid's and Andre's. All as described, high quality apartment. Fully equipped, you will find there all you need for your stay and more. We have been treated with a bottle of bubbly for a start, bowl of fruits and Easter sweets. And obviously Lulu paid us a visit, our daughter loved her so much. Thank you and if we ever will be in the area we will definitely be back. Apartment is just 10 min walk from the beach, very quiet and peaceful place.

Mary is a great host, always responsive and very kind. The apartment is so nice and clean. Pretty close to the house there is the Elizabeth line, while Stratford is at only 13min walk, so it's a good starting point to visit the city and a very nice place to stay. I definitely recommend this host and her apartment, thank you!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Appartment. Durch die zwei Schlafzimmer und die zwei Bäder ist es gut geeignet für Familien. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Überall sind für EU Gäste Adapter für die Steckdosen. Die Terrasse bietet einen schönen Ausblick (leider durch viele neue Gebäude nicht mehr auf die Themse). Durch die Nähe zur Jubilee Line erreicht man sehr schnell das Zentrum. Auch eine Uber Boat Anlegestelle ist fast vor der Haustür. Scott hat uns auch dieses Mal wieder in Empfang genommen und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ola’s place is wonderful. Private, clean, cozy. Worth every penny. Ola is a great communicator and left us very clear instructions on how to find her. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Ola’s place.

We had a great night's stay at Emmanuel's property. It was very fairly priced and the location was perfect for us to be able to get to a concert at the o2. Emmanuel's communication was great and he met us at the property to let us in and answer any questions. The apartment is clean and tidy and plenty big enough to be comfortable. We were only using the apartment to sleep for one night, so our stay was brief, but I'd certainly not hesitate to book again. Oh and having the parking is great too! Thank you.

Great, huge space that was extremely clean and stylish! Definitely a fantastic place if you want to chill with your friends, and can comfortably host around 8 people, if not more. Would highly recommend this stay as Jerry was a good host too with his quick replies!
