Had an amazing stay in St Leonards and the flat was lovely, with views of the ocean and only a 5 minute walk to nearby stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!!

Staying at this beautiful Grade II listed Manor House was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our lovely host — Jo’s hospitality and warmth made our visit feel like staying with family. The Manor House itself is absolutely stunning — full of character, history, and timeless charm. Each room tells a story, and the period features have been lovingly preserved. Yet, despite the historic setting, all the comforts we needed were provided. The bed was cozy, the surroundings peaceful, and the gardens were a delight to stroll through. What made this stay truly special was our host. Her stories about the house’s history, the village, and her life were fascinating and added such depth to the whole experience. She was incredibly thoughtful, always checking to ensure we had everything we needed — without ever being intrusive. If you're looking for a truly authentic and heartwarming stay in the English countryside, this is it.

We just had a 3 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Well, what can I say, all round amazing! The apartment is superb, the location is superb and the hosts (Nathalie) totally amazing! From the moment I booked the accommodation to the time we left the facility, Nathalie was there making sure everything goes as planned. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful experience! We will definatly be coming back to you guys. The accommodation & its facilities are amazing. Right on the beach with beautiful sea views from all the rooms,. The location is superb too, literally a few minutes walk to all the key sights, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Don’t need a car at all! The Ramsgate main sands, right outside of your door, with a long stretch of beach which has golden sand. During low tide, you can walk for miles. The flat feels brand new, it has all the mod cons & so clean. The hosts have even thought of all the small touches such as tea, coffee etc. Totally amazing!

Carolane was a superb host, very communicative and lots of information. There was a thunderstorm forecast for my first night and she even let me know this in case I wasn't aware. Check in was super easy and she provided easy and clear instructions. The apartment itself is wonderful, very homely and clean and has everything you need. Location is great for the old town but also an easy walk down the main town. Would definitely stay again

From the onset communication with Wendy was brilliant. Clear check in instructions , really helpful tips of local eateries . We were really happy with the quality of apartment , it really was a home from home with high end appliances, good quality crockery , coffee machine , washing machine , etc. this apartment literally has everything you need , we packed things we just didn’t need because the apartment had it! The views are really nice overlooking the beach. Biscuits and milk left for a welcomed cuppa on arrival. Everything was also super clean . Would highly recommend .

Together with my friend a wonderful weekend away. The location is fantastic, apartment is lightly cleaned and has all the comforts. I would recommend it 100% and will definitely be back! All the tips we received were also done and were not disappointed!

Very comfortable and well equipt. A bit small but more than adequate. Off road parking a big bonus. We came to see Beachy Head and the Seven Sisters and wasnt disappointed, but thought Eastbourne a bit rundown, but went to some of the surrounding towns, such as Pevensey and Lewes, which were outstanding, so Eastbourne is a good choice. Thanks very much Roma for being such an outstanding host.

We loved the Barn - it’s cosy and comfortable and well equipped with a delightful garden. Our family and little grandchildren had a great time. The location is excellent - we enjoyed Rye in the evenings. Being walking distance to the beach was great and our four year old grandson loved the dunes. We highly recommend.

This is a lovely property with many original features but tastefully updated and welcoming. Our daughter and family stayed for Christmas week and were bowled over with the property and our 3 Yr old granddaughter christened it her Cosy House which describes it perfectly. It is located in the centre of Saltwood village and is ideal for a couple with two small children. One of the nicest AirBnB we have used. Will definitely use again in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - location suitable for our dog as very peaceful rural setting. The kitchen was also well stocked and the lounge comfortable. Also ideally situated to visit local National Trust properties in this part of Kent - information regarding local pubs shops etc very helpful - we would consider returning .

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

This property had everything that 5 mums and 6 kids needed for a relaxing long weekend away. Perfect location for early morning beach walks and exploring the village. No need to drive anywhere - we jumped on the vintage railway line to Dungeness for lunch and dolphin and seal spotting. Joanna was the perfect host, very responsive and accommodating - thak you for everything. 10/10.

Lovely house, really comfortable and clean. Lovely private courtyard and we loved the hot tub. Great location within easy reach of great restaurants, bars, shops and of course the beach.

Absolutely loved our stay here – it was perfect in every way. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt so private and peaceful, with the bonus of parking right outside the door. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in, and the shower was brilliant too – hot, powerful, and refreshing. Nikki was such a friendly and thoughtful host – we felt so welcomed. The generous touches like fresh bread, cookies, milk, and sweets made us smile and really added to the experience. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more – a truly lovely place to stay and unwind. We had a great time (3 days/2 nights) in Wimereux! The accommodation is perfectly located with a magnificent sea view, a real pleasure from the moment you wake up! Everything is as described, clean, cozy and well appointed. The place is quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Opal Coast. Dorjah’s place exceeded my expectations. It was nice to stay in a more spacious place with high quality furnishings and appliances.

We were greeted by Phil and Jenny who made us very welcome and they went through a few things with us. The accommodation was first class with a view outstanding. We had a lovely stay at this very nice apartment. Rebecca was very responsive and friendly. Great location to explore Folkestone with its many wonderful restaurants - with lots offering many Gluten Free options. The complimentary items were much appreciated.

Pauline is an excellent host, was very helpful recommending restaurants to book in Whitstable. We really enjoyed our stay at Mollys Place, comfortable, everything we needed, easy walk into Whitstable. Only a couple of minutes to reach the walk along the coast. We also found it was easy access from Mollys Place to the road network when travelling around Kent. Overall excellent stay, highly recommended.

First class experience from the start of booking process to check out. Stunning apartment in a fabulous location, spotlessly clean with welcome fizz, orange juice and milk in the fridge. Communications with Wendy were excellent as were the instruction to find and enter the property. One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in!
