Another great stay here, it’s so comfortable. Mum and I feel at home. A well-equipped kitchen, plenty choice of rooms to relax in as well as the neat garden and a great selection of games and entertainment. Time flies by. Broadstairs seafront is really close and the shops are within walking distance. Some lovely gift shops and plenty of choice for eating out. It’s also central for exploring further afield. Hoping to visit again.

Great spot, two minutes from the beach and very safe and secure. Great for our 3 year old. Had everything we needed. Jennifer the cleaner very helpful. Parking space was handy. Spotless. Would love to stay again, lucky to have found it.

Rental in accordance with the advertisement. Very nice view from the terrace. Camping with eccentric animations of the mobile home, for a quiet stay. Host very responsive to requests, quick return.

What an incredible retreat! We loved this gorgeous house right on the beautiful beach Peaceful and private, and just 20 minutes to fabulous fish and chips and cosy pubs with roaring fires The house was warm and cosy and had everything you could want - towels and rugs and comfy pillows - lots of books, a speaker and plentiful hot water We loved the huge outdoor space and the massive dog pillow We adored having a cuppa in the morning overlooking the sea Brilliant host too Thank you for everything

It has a homely feel about it and has clearly got an interesting past which is alluded to by family portraits on the walls. We found this very interesting having discovered a book of diaries which we think might have been a previous owner. For our short stay it was the perfect location which gave us all we needed.

We had a lovely two nights here with our kids. The beach is literally across the road down the path, one minute walk through the sand dunes to the sea. The house is beautifully decorated with great style and spotlessly clean. Denis was very helpful and responsive. Thanks so much.

Super simple check-in, thanks to Allison, who made the trip to the accommodation as easy as possible, accommodation without any bad surprises, clean, carefully decorated, comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the sea... nothing is missing, if not a weekend that's too short, but, promised, we will come back for longer. Thanks again to Allison for her kindness and the little bonus of time.👌🙏😊

We stayed here for 2 nights and were very satisfied with our stay. The bungalow was clean, tidy and well looked after. We had some breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and a fresh milk in the fridge provided which was a lovely touch. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings. Pictures of the garden do not do it justice as this was huge and was enjoyed thoroughly by my 5 year old. The host was friendly and very welcoming. Whilst the decor is a bit dated, it had a very homely feel and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in the bungalow it was clean and had everything we needed. We loved having the garden and courtyard and Mahtabb responded immediately when we messaged with a question. Great stay and would recommend!

A very clean and comfortable home in a pretty, small village 25 minutes from the coast. Stylishly, newly fitted out with everything you need. Perfect for my needs to work quietly and then have farm shops/cafes for shopping and coffee nearby. Particularly enjoyed the small, secluded rear patio to sit out with a tea.

We had such a lovely stay at Shepherds View. Such a beautifully decorated cottage, spotlessly clean and tidy and with super comfy beds which allowed for a great nights sleep. Sarah is a fantastic host, always responded really quickly and gave accurate and great instructions. It’s close to Hailsham and Polegate and local shops, we had a lovely day out in Bexhill-On-Sea which would highly recommend but the jammy dodgers were the icing on the cake. Lovely little place!! Accessible for all you need whilst in Eastbourne. We were visiting family so used more as a base than a holiday home! Hosted breakfast for 9 people and had enough plates, cutlery, cups to go around! Thank god for the dishwasher!!! We’ll definitely keep this in mind when returning to Eastbourne next time!!!

Beautiful bungalow, lovely private garden. Convenient for town centre but in a peaceful location. Welcomed with a box of goodies which was a lovely touch.

Very clean and well kept cottage. Walking distance to beach and brodstairs. Hot tub in the back was great and we made use of the BBQ. Lauren was super responsive and the whole experience smooth. Only suggestion for improvement would be for an outside light on the patio!
