There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Super cozy stilted luxury cabin with ‘hotsprings’ hot tub set in a garden dominated by Palms, Bamboos, Tree Ferns and other exotic planting creating a Jungle feel. Being hand built by the owner, this space really is a absolute one off. Everyone that visits, remarks that they ‘feel like there abroad’. A gorgeous kitchen sits adjacent to the lounge with 1 of 2 log burners. The bathroom has an extremely ‘high end’ feel to it. The lower level reveals an enormous hand crafted 4 poster bed.

A delightful and unique country cottage with historical links to the Plantagenet Kings of England! It's tucked away, surrounded by mature gardens with views over the Eastwell Manor country estate. Plantagenet Cottage is full of character and charm, it's spacious, very private and relaxing . Our heated pool is great in Summer [closed in Winter]. Enjoy the beautiful Kent countryside, great pubs, a nearby Spa, beaches, Canterbury and lots more - or simply just chill out at the cottage !

Basic Nature Wild Camping by River Beult Yalding

Wild camping and fishing by the River Beult in Yalding, Kent. You rent the whole space, just under an acre with plenty of space for upto 4 or 5 tents. A mixture of more open areas and mature oak, ash and hazel trees. Facilities are basic, but it's a joy to be in nature. There's a composting toilet, with a proper seat, but bring your own loo paper. A firepit is included, but you need to bring your own wood and water. In season you can fish in the river - good for Chub and Barbel.

Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Please advise me if you have any other preferences instead of any of the above, as I want to cut down on waste. ….. thanks !

The historic Leeds Castle is a 5 minute drive, many local pubs and restaurants and the south east coast is within easy reach.

Not far from the local village pubs and wantsum brewery. There is plenty to do from Margate dreamland to Canterbury City. Or why not go on the viking trial for a walk or bike ride. The garden of England and lots of golf courses.and Margate old town with lovely shops and eateries

Sole use of garden with paddling pool, fire pit and trampoline. If you have a child or 3rd guest we have a camp bed that we can put up, but pls tell us before hand. Great access to the station, shops, Old Town & St Leonards. A separate door from the main house, so you can have your privacy but can be on hand if you need us. or just need directions to the fantastic eclectic shops, bars & restaurants. Beautiful park 2 mins & beach 10 min walk.
