Vacation rentals with breakfast in Foligno

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

Roberta is a super host! Kind, helpful and attentive to guests' needs. House with beautiful view, private terrace, in a strategic location for visiting Spoleto and its surroundings (obviously with a car). My wife, our little dog and I had a really good time! We recommend it to everyone

We had a wonderful night and everyone in our group loved this beautiful place!! The house, the environment, the host, and the view are all fabulous! Really appreciated the breakfast prepared for us - those are some of the best croissants that we had in Italy :) My daughter forgot her terry bear after we checked out, so I contacted Antonio, who came over at a timely fashion and opened the door for us, which we really appreciated! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you would like to spend a few days in the area, as that's what we plan to do next time - one night is not enough!

We highly recommend Federica’s place. The location was among the vineyards and the view was spectacular. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the back courtyard. We had privacy and enjoyed visits from Federica’s cats. We felt like we were home. Also, Federica gave us a great restaurant recommendation. She was responsive and helpful. Thank you, Federica!

We spent three very pleasant days in Felicita's accommodation, and we appreciated her friendliness, cordiality and kindness, she made us find everything we needed for breakfast coffee, milk, jam, rusks etc. The right apartment for two people, it was clean and tidy and is in a great location. I recommend to those who want to visit Spoleto and its surroundings to stay at Felicita's, we had a very positive experience.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! The apartment is a two-storey studio in a house with two further apartements, that of the landlords and a second holiday apartment. Both the landlords’ apartment and the studio have roofed terraces with a wonderful view onto the Valle Umbra. Although landlords hardly use their terrace, a construction between the two terraces that would ensure privacy, would have been nice. The studio is tastefully furnished and artfully decorated. The landlords had prepared a welcome box, when we arrived!

This apartment is lovely, exactly as listed and Mauro is a great host. It's an easy walk to the excellent Minimetro, and I bought an UmbriaGo pass so I traveled all over Umbria with just that one ticket, it's amazing. Do note that there are several flights of stairs to reach the apartment, there's no bathroom on the ground floor, and the path through one bedroom to the narrow stairs to the loft is tight. Carefully consider your mobility needs before you book, and for that matter Perugia itself is multi-leveled so consider that too as you plan. It's all worth it though!

We were warmly welcomed by Maura, and greeted with professionalism remotely by Filippo who was not on site. New apartment in perfect condition, clean and tidy. Maura was very kind and available for any need. We had a great time for the second time. We had already stayed in April of this year. We'll be back again.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Chiara's apartment is special, like a movie set in the historic city palace. There is a fantastic view from the terrace into the countryside, at the same time you are right in the city center. Chiara is helpful and generous and it's just a few steps to the cathedral!

One of the best homes we've been to. The building in an old medieval tower with garden overlooking the lake, totally renovated and very comfortable inside. The room is beautiful and very clean, everything was perfect and very professional. Best of all, Monica's treatment, always attentive that we were at ease, picked us up at the station, gave us recommendations about the village and at the exit allowed us to leave our bags until the time of our train. Fantastic breakfasts, adapted to my gluten-free food needs. Thank you very much for everything, if we go back to the area we will stay here again definitely!

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina’s palazzo, beautiful host and beautiful historical house. We had assistance from Valentina’s husband to park our car in the front of the house and with the luggage. Very hospitable hosts, it was a pleasure talking with them, and Valentina prepared a beautiful breakfast table and shared many stories with us. It felt like being with family. Tobi the dog was adorable. We highly recommend their B&B. Thank you for your hospitality.
