Rosanna has created a beautiful and hospitable B+B. Right from my first inquiry she responded with warmth and enthusiasm for our stay. We had no issue with the accommodation being outside of the wall. Walking into the city was straight forward. Waking up to a thoughtful breakfast which we could enjoy on the terrace with stunning views was simply wonderful.

Everything was taken care of in the smallest of details The super helpful staff recommended great restaurants and gave us some tips on things to visit. Very clean room with attention to every detail, fantastic breakfast, all homemade, you must try the ricotta and lemon cake, the biscuits with almonds and the wine taralli but also the other things are very good. Very convenient location, free parking on the property. We hope to be able to return when things are calmer.

Quiet and quiet place to enjoy the peace of the territories. Great value. Comfortable rooms with everything you need for a good stay. Wonderful pool where you can take a dip or relax. Giovanna and Emilia, two attentive and kind landlords, available to make you feel at home. Perfect location to reach any place, from Assisi to Santa Maria degli Angeli, from Perugia to Gubbio. I loved my stay with Paola in their BnB. The room was huge, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very filling with delicious food. The hospitality show by Paola and her husband was excellent, and I felt very well looked after and safe as a solo female traveller. The BnB is located a very short walking distance from the main centre of the historic part of Spello, and there were a number of great restaurants and lots of excellent shopping with small boutiques with local makers. I’m very grateful for my stay!

Annelie's place was indescribably beautiful! The whole experience was incredible. Annelie really cares and takes care of her guests to make sure you have the most comfortable, enjoyable trip. The place has the most amazing view, and is super cozy. The towns nearby have lots to offer. And the churches and hikes nearby are amazing. A great way to get lost for a few days and enjoy the peace. This one is definitely for the books!

This was by far the most beautiful place I have ever stayed in my life. It is even more beautiful than the pictures! Loretta and her family are so kind and welcoming. The room was exactly as described and was made up beautifully upon our arrival. Every space was immaculately clean as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook ourselves daily meals and Loretta had cold drinks in the fridge waiting for us. It is secluded enough to live out your fantasy of staying in a villa on the Italian countryside but still close enough to town for all your needs such as groceries or gas. It was also just a short drive to Perugia and Lake Trasimeno where we enjoyed some kayaking. Although we found ourselves not wanting to leave ver much because this place felt like something straight out of a movie. Cooking our meals with the view of the countryside was breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here and we would love to make it back there someday.

We stayed here on the Camino dei Borghi Silenti. Excellent breakfast served impeccably and, at our request, in advance of almost an hour than the normal time of the property.

We felt very comfortable with Danilo and his wife. The two are very warm and you have the feeling of visiting family. The place is also great and we thought it was a pity that we only planned one night here as a stopover and didn't stay longer. We will certainly visit the beautiful place of Orvieto again and we would be pretty stupid if we didn't stay with Danilo and his wife again :-) Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay at Franca's traditional home. It is furnished with interesting vintage and antique pieces that Franca has gathered during her travels. The setting is a short distance (about 10 minutes walk) outside the walls of Assisi, with Santa Chiara being the closest sight of interest. The street is a very quiet one, but be aware that you will need to walk uphill to reach the house. I took the bus from the train station and got off at Porta Nuova, which is quite close to the house. If you have heavy luggage (I had only a medium backpack) you probably should take a taxi. The guest room is quite large and has a door to the balcony, from which there is a beautiful view out over the Umbrian countryside. It was lovely to see lemons growing in pots on the balcony -- in February! Franca is a friendly and outgoing hostess, and her dog Argo is adorable. Breakfast was the usual Italian one (crossant or a pastry, and coffee). Grazie, Franca, arrivederci!

Great host, amazing area for nice walks, good value for price.

We had a great time at Sofia's artful house. We needed a place to stay during the International Journalism Festival and didn't book far in advance. From all the places that were left, we couldn't have chosen a better one. Sofia is very friendly and will go out her way to help you if you need something. She gave us her adapters because our modern EU adapters wouldn't fit into the original 1950's Italian outlets. On the map, the house looks further away from the historic district than it is. We took the #H bus up every morning (5 minute walk, 10 minute bus ride, bus fare is 2 Euros in cash) and we walked down every night (30 minutes). I can definitely recommend staying with Sofia!

The place is beautiful and surrounded by nature, easily reachable from Orvieto and the area's main attractions. The rooms and spaces are simple, but very well maintained and clean. The food is great and the welcome is friendly and professional. 100% recommended. The only regret is not staying longer.

Great experience. Very kind host: he made us find the apartment already heated as well as very clean and well-stocked for a great breakfast. New structure, with two comfortable rooms, each with a very comfortable and spacious private en-suite bathroom. The house also has everything you need to travel with the little ones. We'll be back with pleasure

Very quiet location, with chickens scratching in the meadow surrounding the house. Our dog also enjoyed the presence of the birds. Comfortable room, huge bathroom, house available in every sense, very welcoming and pleasant host. A nice little detail: a book by F. Kafka, very old, found to welcome us in the room. It's not a small detail. Very pleasant stay and, if possible, to be repeated.

This was the perfect location for exploring one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. Pierluigi could not have been a better host. The place is perfect. Super clean place, stunning rural views, fresh baked pastries and home made bread for breakfast along with delicious local cheese and hams. Lots of space I’m the room, well equipped bathroom and amazing AC which given the temperature outside was a God Send! Beautiful towns and villages near by. Can’t recommend enough.

Absolutely lovely place and location. Stuart and Katrina are very friendly and accommodating hosts and could not have been more helpful. Our flight was delayed and therefore we arrived later than anticipated. I messaged ahead to advise of this and realising that finding food at that time could be tricky, Stuart and Katrina offered to prepare a Tagliere for us. What a lovely surprise and it was fantastic. They also recommended places to visit both in the area and for our onward journey at Florence. We would highly recommend.

I loved this stay the location and the views are stunning. I was in the area for an event and I am very happy that I chose this Airbnb. Marco was very helpful and even suggested many recommendations around the area. I would stay again.

Rustic accommodation in Umbrian farmhouse perfectly furnished with a pool, very clean and relaxing. For those who want to enjoy relaxation in nature. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, newly renovated rooms, very well furnished, kitchen with a very nice fireplace, clean and cozy rooms, surroundings and breathtaking views. Maria Laura and Celeste were very friendly, welcoming, they were with us in the morning, they showed us the loft, the construction of the pool, gave advice on restaurants in the area the night before and directions on how to reach them. We felt right at home and will be back as soon as the pool is complete! 🙂

The property is managed by a very kind and friendly couple. They are attentive to every detail and do everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. For a break away, one of the best stays we've ever had in a B&B. Highly recommended!

I don't speak English, so I can understand what you're talking about at all, but sincerely through my heart, I stayed well without any discomfort at all. The location was so good, and I was comfortable with a great breakfast and consideration ^ ^
