Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Floyd County

This stay added to our memorable moment. We held a gender reveal for my daughter. Tensions were high as almost everyone wanted a boy. They already have 3 girls and the majority of my grandchildren are girls as well. But this GG knew better and correctly predicted it would be yet another girl. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Doug & Amanda’s place was just what we needed. I was in town for a convention at the KICC, it was not even five minutes away! Nice and cozy, great water pressure, good heat and air. Relaxing place. Loved the music and special surprise in the fridge. Liked the booklet and monthly ‘going on around town’ display. Great items to have when new to town. Will definitely call on them again if we come back!

We had a volleyball tournament in Louisville and my 16 year old said, “we are never staying in a hotel again!”. Ashley’s place was perfect….adorable, clean, spacious and just what we needed!

This was my first time visiting Kentucky and this Airbnb was amazing. Chose to the city but far enough for orange and quiet.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The attention to detail was exceptional – from the cozy decor to the perfect theme that ran throughout the house, everything was thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cookware, and there were more than enough towels and linens for our entire stay. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! There were a few stocked waters which was helpful and a welcoming gifts for us & our pups. It was clean and nice. We liked the proximity to stores/gas/grocery/interstate. couch was comfy & bed linens were soft! There were lots of towels & washcloths which was great for a family of 4. We had 2 cons which are minor: 1. It is close to the main road/hospital so you can hear passing traffic & occasional sirens through the day/night. 2. The shower is a bit small so it’s not quite relaxing/comfortable to move around. It’s a bit difficult with how the water hits you right overtop. It was clean & hot and that was most important for us though. We’d stay again if we choose New Albany again! It was clean, felt safe and Patricia was so kind to leave things for us there. It’s a short drive to local parks, the walking bridge, arcade etc.

This is the second time I have stayed and I'll be back again. Check in is easy. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. It's a hidden gem.

We had a great stay at Bruce's place. Very bright and inviting. The 10 foot windows reminded me of a castle in Ireland I stayed in. Bruce clearly cares about comfort and satisfaction of his guests, very thoughtful. Private parking was super convenient 👌

This was our 2nd stay… comfortable and very convenient to the Expo Center. We didn’t cook, but kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with anything you may need. Thank you Barbara!

What a fantastic stay! Ronnie’s place is absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable with great attention paid to every single detail. Ronnie was very responsive and gave great recommendations for dinner during our stay. Ronnie’s place knocks it out of the ballpark on all levels. FABULOUS HOST AND APARTMENT!!Needless to say, we hated to leave, but will DEFINITELY return!

Ben was such a friendly and genuine host, the neighbors were welcoming, the place was spotless and cozy (the squish of the couch tho! 🥰), and the location is just DARLING, so walkable and quaint and charming. Worth your stay! My partner and I had a wonderful time with our pup.

This is a great location and as stated it’s perfect for overnight stop through Louisville! The expressway is really close food and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet. Also this being a pet friendly listing makes it even more worth it!!

The space was perfect for 9 of us to stay. Everyone had their own bed which was more than comfortable as well as an extremely accommodating living room space. The restaurants and night life were all very walkable from where we were at. Very happy we booked with Nathan!

James was such a great host and the listing was amazing! We were in town for an event at the convention center we were working all weekend and had a seminar on Monday. The unit was clean, comfortable, easy to find, and stocked with everything needed to feel right at home. He was responsive, checked in on us often, and even quickly allowed us to extend our stay an extra day so we didn't have to drive home later in the day when we were way more tired than we expected to be. This was one of the best experiences I have had with an airbnb and host ( and I have stayed at a lot of airbnbs) We were able to walk to and from dinner saving us on uber's which is always a plus in my book!! James was so friendly and the unit was perfect - would 10/10 always recommend this unit to others! When we work the convention again next year we will absolutely check to see if his place is available to book again!

The location really can't be beat. Walkable to all of the restaurants and many distilleries. Desirable location. The Host even went out of their way to help me with some belongings that I forgot!

The Airbnb was a beautiful place to stay. Paul is a great host who is responsive and friendly. I highly recommend renting his place when you get a chance.

The loft is in a great location, very easy walk to museums and restaurants. I can’t say enough about the customer service that James provided. He was so helpful!

Matt was responsive and helped out when needed. Place was clean and a unique spot, also close (walking distance) to a lot of locations worth visiting.
