Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Floyd County

We had the best time at Jacob’s place! The loft is beautiful with comfortable beds, fun games for the family and a perfect location for exploring New Albany. Jacob was quick to respond to our needs and we would love to stay here again in the future!

This was our 2nd stay… comfortable and very convenient to the Expo Center. We didn’t cook, but kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with anything you may need. Thank you Barbara!

We had a very pleasant stay. The city is very convenient for pedestrians, and the Saturday farmers market was outstanding. There was ample parking; even though we visited during a music festival, there was still plenty of parking available. The apartment was very clean, with good Wi-Fi, and there were nice restaurants nearby.

Really liked this space! Super cool atmosphere and vibe. The windows were so pretty to have during the storms which actually made the rainy weather enjoyable. The couch was so comfortable and to die for! It was great for a girls weekend late night watching movies. The bed was comfortable and didn't feel cheap at all. There was plenty of towels and good shampoo in the bathroom. It was nice to have parking and close to places whether driving or Uber. We had a mistake on our part getting in but she was super responsive even at 10:30pm which was comforting. Very pleased!

Stayed at Nikki’s while we attended a music festival. Ride shares were very responsive. Nikki was great and on top of everything. The house is directly across from Churchill Downs. There are two convenience stores nearby. Definitely recommend for a small family or group of friends.

Ben was such a friendly and genuine host, the neighbors were welcoming, the place was spotless and cozy (the squish of the couch tho! 🥰), and the location is just DARLING, so walkable and quaint and charming. Worth your stay! My partner and I had a wonderful time with our pup.

Nikki’s place was awesome! The location is great for walking to unique stores and excellent restaurants. The space is perfect for two couples. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms for privacy while traveling with others. Nikki has everything you need in her space provided. We enjoyed the open area in the kitchen/great room for hanging out and playing games. We would definitely book again and Nikki will definitely simplify your trip. Thanks Nikki for sharing your place with our group!

Quaint little home away from home. Larry and Bhel were both very responsive and accommodating with all questions. I would recommend this place for anyone making the trip to Louisville.

The house was compact yet spacious. The bathrooms were of a good size. The master bedroom had plenty of room for the 2 baby pack ‘n plays we had. Plus the room darkening curtains in the master helped a lot.

The place was perfect for our family of 4! It was clean and the layout was very convenient for our family of 4. Our kids loved the hot tub, back yard swings, and bunk beds. Unfortunately it rained almost our entire stay, so we only experienced the hammock swings the first night. By because the hot tub is under a roof, it was nice rain our shine. (You do have to walk without cover to get to it first) The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is in a neighborhood, so not much right nearby, but it was incredibly convenient to get to great restaurants in downtown New Albany and all the attractions in Louisville. We had such a great little getaway as a family and would definitely consider coming back.

This was my first time visiting Kentucky and this Airbnb was amazing. Chose to the city but far enough for orange and quiet.

The space was perfect for 9 of us to stay. Everyone had their own bed which was more than comfortable as well as an extremely accommodating living room space. The restaurants and night life were all very walkable from where we were at. Very happy we booked with Nathan!

James was such a great host and the listing was amazing! We were in town for an event at the convention center we were working all weekend and had a seminar on Monday. The unit was clean, comfortable, easy to find, and stocked with everything needed to feel right at home. He was responsive, checked in on us often, and even quickly allowed us to extend our stay an extra day so we didn't have to drive home later in the day when we were way more tired than we expected to be. This was one of the best experiences I have had with an airbnb and host ( and I have stayed at a lot of airbnbs) We were able to walk to and from dinner saving us on uber's which is always a plus in my book!! James was so friendly and the unit was perfect - would 10/10 always recommend this unit to others! When we work the convention again next year we will absolutely check to see if his place is available to book again!

The location really can't be beat. Walkable to all of the restaurants and many distilleries. Desirable location. The Host even went out of their way to help me with some belongings that I forgot!

The location was perfect for a guys weekend. Walkable to multiple small batch distilleries and bourbon tasting rooms.

The loft is in a great location, very easy walk to museums and restaurants. I can’t say enough about the customer service that James provided. He was so helpful!

Matt was responsive and helped out when needed. Place was clean and a unique spot, also close (walking distance) to a lot of locations worth visiting.
