Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Floyd County

Beautiful place and great location! 15 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes to downtown Louisville. Grocery store is 2 minutes away which made it very easy to get the essentials. Had all the amenities listed and nice seating area in the front and back of the house. Would highly recommend this place! Jeff was very responsive and easy to talk to!

This house is a very comfortable place to stay. All the amenities in close to anything you would need as far as shopping wise. An amazing host and very quick to respond. If I’m ever in the area again I’d love to stay here.

Maximum privacy near fabulous Louisville! My partner and our dog and I loved the whole home with fenced in yard. The home was EXCELLENTLY appointed- think similar quality kitchen items, linens, pillows, mattresses etc that you would buy for your OWN home. Fantastic. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful via message. Don’t miss this great spot!

My husband and I appreciated Michael’s willingness to work with us quickly when our original rental didn’t work out! We were equally appreciative of the cute and cozy bungalow we walked into once we arrived. The attention to detail was impeccable. The renovation to this home has been done right. It is up to date, but still has the charm of an older home. Everything we needed was at our disposal. The location is perfect… within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning!

This place was PERFECT! I wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was only 10 minutes away from family we came to see. It was very cozy and comfortable. My dog LOVED the backyard. Close to great restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

This house is convenient to Louisville and yet its a private neighborhood - smaller single family homes. This house has been built out and I counted five bedrooms - one bath on main floor and 1/2 bath upstairs. easy off street parking. Kitchen had what we needed. Its a house that still has clothes and other items indicative of private ownership. We had pets and the big yard was easy to walk the dogs in. Neighborhood quiet. great inexpensive tacquieria at end of the street.

Very cute house in a quiet neighborhood. The house is in a good location. Close to sports complex, close to Churchill Downs, 15 minutes away from " downtown " Louisville. Angel was very responsive and helpful with good places to eat. I would stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay for work or for pleasure! Jackie and her team are extremely helpful and the property has amazing neighbours. Would definitely recommend to anyone making a trip to the Louisville area.

The e- verify check in was complicated. I had to call the host. There is only one parking spot in the garage but plenty of steeet parking behind. Very clean. Felt safe. Beds comfortable. Lots of nice ammenities.

We couldn’t have been happier with this property. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely rent again.

We had a great stay after a concert in Iroquois Park. The host responded to all of our questions right away. We loved that the location was so close to attractions and restaurants but was still a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Louisville.

From the beginning, Shawn was responsive and easy to deal with. The place was perfect and looked exactly as described and in the pictures. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit our friends in Louisville this summer. Not one criticism!!! It was great!!!

We had a great birthday for my son’s 11th birthday. The pool was very warm and he could swim his heart away. When I needed assistance from Tyler he was very helpful and friendly, he actually came right out to make sure everything was working smoothly with the pool. (I was scared of caper smoke that was completely normal for cold weather and heated pool) lol I would recommend his place.

This is our second time staying at this property with our group. Everything was perfect and we made a ton of of memories spending time together in an amazing property. I highly recommend you book this place if you've got a large group when in Louisville.

What a lovely area and home. There were a few neighborhood noises (barking dog) - but nothing that was annoying. Tammie was proactive with the toaster that didn't work - had a new toaster within the hour! Overall, the house was peaceful and comfortable.

Had a great stay. Hot(s) were easy to communicate with and gave clear guidelines for their property. Had a wonderful stay.

Haylee was accommodating on our check in and check out times due to our daughters spread out appointments! She left very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and use the keys/lights. I’m sure my kids were also super loud which she didn’t seem to mind! Which was grateful because I was super worried about that

We had a fantastic stay! Dana was incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. The place was spotless, and you could tell they put a lot of care into maintaining a clean and comfortable space. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again, highly recommend!

The place is beautiful, has a lot of amenities. Located in a great, quiet area. Shane was super responsive and overall we had a fantastic stay.

I was in town for work and had to ask to extend, Katie was more than helpful and even offered more accommodations if I needed to extend again! She is a wonderful host!

We enjoyed our stay in your home! Everything was very clean and we had everything we could need there for us! The location was close to downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood and we appreciated the fenced yard for the dogs. The beds are both very low to the ground which was difficult as I have some physical limitations otherwise it was very comfortable and cozy! It was great to have parking next to the house. Thank you again!

Great place to crash for LTL. One day was rained out & we all had a blast in the down stairs area!
