Vacation rentals with breakfast in Floyd County

The house was perfect. 2 couples. Very comfortable. TVs everywhere! Beautiful, clean and cozy. We will come back again. Greg and Nicole were great hosts. Quick and efficient communication. Thank you!!!! Next time we can share a few bottles of wine 🙂

What a charming, spacious place. Beautifully decorated with so many lovely details. I felt so relaxed. I sat on the patio with my coffee overlooking the beautifully landscaped, private backyard. What a great way to start the day. So many extras - waters, soft drinks, fresh muffins and gorgeous prepared fruit. Strawberries, grapes, blueberries. Popcorn, potato chips. Diane is so creative and this is one of the most charmingly decorated places that I’ve stayed. Diane was welcoming yet gave me my space. I will definitely stay there again. What a find!

My husband and I had a great time here as we went to see our family. Staying at Amy’s place we felt right at home and any issues we had Amy was quick to get back to me and proactive. Loved it here one of my favorite things was sitting on the swing in the front porch and have my morning coffee.

I was there for a single night. I checked in late, yet Dwain was there with a warm welcome. He gave me a tour of my room, and offered up his help with anything I might need. The room was nicely appointed and the private bathroom was a plus. I highly recommend Dwain and his wonderful home!

We had an amazing stay at Debbie's for the Kentucky Derby. The place was absolutely perfect and Debbie went above and beyond to make sure we had a terrific time. The location was ideally situated between the Churchill Downs and downtown; making getting around easy. We loved the house itself and the room was clean and comfortable. We look forward to coming back again for another Derby!

James was a great host. This house was everything and more. The location is great. So much to do in the area and so many food options within walking distance. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the amenities were top notch. We will all 100% come back in the future. Thanks again for allowing us to spend the weekend in this beautiful home.

Pam's place was clean, cozy and convenient. The neighborhood is a hidden gem --very walkable in several directions, with coffee, ice cream, beer, pub food, and several different ethic foods all within an easy walk. Highly recommended for parties of 4 with a dog. Excellent instructions, ez checkin/checkout. Cannnot recommend this place enough!

This house and service was Exceptional! Danielle did an incredible job hosting us, was extremely attentive, and helped us with all the little things we forgot. She even brought a hot glue gun for us to finish off some of our derby hats. The home is absolutely stunning. Each room is impeccably furnished, cozy, and the living, dining, and spare entertaining area were out of a magazine. I haven’t even gotten to the backyard yet! The backyard is an additional lot laid out like a secret garden and oasis. We had a lovely time with our friends and we’re incredibly satisfied. This area is next to Payne Street full of local shops and fun restaurants. I would definitely come back again, and look forward to booking again next year. What a gem!

I am a travel nurse and have stayed many places, and Shannon’s place was one of the cleanest, nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. If I had any questions, she responded quickly. Also, the area was nice and I felt very safe. I would definitely stay there again anytime!

Great place to stay in a great location. Our group stayed during nulu bock fest and this was perfect for that. Very good communication from the host as well!

Shannon was very responsive and helpful. Great location to walk to lots of attractions and restaurants. Great value and really cute place.

Loved the unique setting and the place had all of the amenities we needed and could have asked for. Highly recommend staying here and communication and responsiveness by the host were above and beyond what we could have asked for.

Andrew and Lindsay were great hosts. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi, and they worked diligently to address them. Ultimately, they allowed me to move to a new unit to continue working remotely. Both units supplied all of the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend.

Our stay was great! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and provided helpful local tips. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would stay here again!

Loved staying here. More than large enough for one person, cozy bed, clean bathroom, suitable work space. Another nice touch was the record player with a nice selection of records to play! Grateful to Lisa for being so communicative throughout. Recommended!

Shannon’s place was perfect for our little adventure in Louisville. Very clean, spacious and cozy. Has everything you need. We walked to some distilleries and dinner. If ever in the area definitely would book another stay.

Nice rooms and hosts

The perfect place to stay for the Winter Wine Walk! The house is beautiful and the manager was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious!

The Kintner House Inn is wood and brass in a world of chrome and glass. And has a story or history in every room. And comfortable. And friendly. And, oh, so close to more history, that being Corydon, Indiana. We made the best choice and you will too.
