Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Florencia

This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed for our family of 4. Our boys are teenagers and were fine sleeping in the room separate from the house. Everything was as expected and communication was great. Views were gorgeous as described. One of our most favorite stays in Costa Rica.

We had an amazing stay here! The location was easy to find and not too far from the airport. There were definitely lots of local stores and restaurants to visit near by. We recommend Resturante Ross! The views especially early morning were amazing overall we have no complaints. Our favorite part was visiting the farm animals! Oscar was so nice and welcoming.

The listing photos of this home do no justice to the absolute stunning location. Clear views of the arenal volcano from the backyard. We will absolutely be back time and time again. Stunning!!!!

Amazing place to stay! Only a 7 minute walk to the swimming area, a 15 minute walk to a big grocery store / some food spots & about a 25 minute walk to town. Carlos let us check in early & even offered us a late check out all for no charge. We stayed for 6 days & he offered us clean towels halfway through & we got some candy & a nice note on our way out. Clean place, great kitchen, chrome cast was nice for night time. An amazing spot!

We absolutely fell in LOVE with the charming town of Monteverde and Jarvey and Flors place was the perfect location to rest our tired bodies!!!!! We loved the adventurous road leading to the house and the quiet peace and tranquility that awaited us! We arrived to find a basket of goodies including fresh pineapple and banana, chips, cold water, fresh local bread, cheese, and jam, and champagne! Jarvey was so kind and responsive and checked in on us personally a couple of times! We exchanged a lovely hug upon departure and I'll be forever grateful for their kindness and hospitality! The house itself is immaculate and cozy and the hot tub and patio couldn't be any more peaceful and beautiful! The views were amazing and the birds and flowers and bumblebees were the perfect addition to the serenity. The wifi may be a bit spotty, but we actually enjoyed that part! We cozied up in fluffy blankets on the couch and totally enjoyed our stay! Thanks again Jarvey and Flor!!!!!

Great place! Just like the photos. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities. The shower water was cold but I have gotten used to that in travelling that not every place has the warmest shower water but definitely not a big deal! Everything else worked great, love the private big gate to make the property feel tucked away and private. You can hear running water in the creek or river that's down below which is lovely to listen to. We didn't get a chance to walk down. I love C.R. and plan to be back and would 100% stay here again.

Truly a home away from home with hospitality that is unmatched. We were astounded by the this beautiful Airbnb , immaculate and well stocked including a full washer and dryer which was a godsend. It is evident that Josh and Yer pour in their hearts to make their place an oasis of comfort and kindness. They gave the clearest instructions to access the home with helpful photos. They left us snacks, sodas, and coffee and that was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We felt so welcomed. I wish all Airbnb hosts had their proactive care! They set the bar high! Thank you so much for your graciousness. ❤️

We loved staying at Casa Santa Fe! We even wish we could go back because our time there felt too short. When we arrived we had complementary platano chips and traditional Costa Rica drinks waiting for us. The space was very clean and made us feel comfortable. The pool was amazing and a great addition! We enjoyed our nights in watching TV together on the couch on rainy nights. As well as the variety of options of excursions to do and good restaurants to eat at! Danny was also very responsive and helpful, which we appreciated, it being our first time in Costa Rica. Even after our stay, he was helpful in offering us new options for another Airbnb when we needed it. We would definitely stay again!

La casita es muy comoda. El area de cocina/comedor es muy amplio, está area no cuenta con aire acondicionado pero tiene un ventilador que es de gran ayuda. la recamara es cómoda y el baño está limpio. La ubicación es perfecta, a media cuadra del parque y aun así no hay ruido. Muy recomendable el lugar, además que tienen una oficina a un lado donde puedes hacer reservaciones para tours y son muy amables.

The location is superb! Very close to all the cafes, restaurants, landmarks/excursions. The apartment is clean, the A/C is good & the host is very responsive should you need anything.

Andrea is THE Best host I have ever had! She was always quick to respond with helpful and great recommendations. Her place was very comfortable for my family of 4 very close to everything Monteverde has to offer.

What we loved the most was the view, it was so cool seeing all the greenery from the window. Especially in the evening sunset was so nice, we t to sleep with curtains opens because so pitch black and what a beautiful view to wake up to. Adrian’s instructions for check in were so clear and he was very helpful with questions. The space felt very private and was peaceful. The space was surrounded by many food options and things to do. Super close drive to Monteverde Cloud Forest. I will say the drive up, the road leading to the space was a little rough, but that’s out of his control as it’s a gravel/rocky public road, but easy to drive.

Yesenia und ihr Sohn sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich von ihrem Sohn empfangen und haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau den Fotos und der Beschreibung – alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war alles Nötige vorhanden. Die Lage ist zwar etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, dafür aber angenehm ruhig. Mit dem eigenen Auto war alles gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

I stayed an extended stay of over a month at Sweet Pea, it was an amazing, very comfortable stay and this is the perfect place to stay in La Fortuna. Rocío is a wonderful hostess; kind, friendly, very accommodating, understanding, and flexible to guests' needs, easy to communicate with, and always responds to everything quickly and efficiently. Rocío is also very thorough with the ongoing maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of the apartment, and has carefully provided everything a guest would need to make it a very comfortable stay. Much gratitude to Rocío, and thank you for being a great hostess always 🌻

Beautiful home in a peaceful area!! We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The balcony is the true highlight—perfect for watching wildlife. We spotted 54 bird species on the property, including the charismatic Three-wattled Bellbird, watched a troop of nine monkeys, and even saw a compost-diving coati—all from the comfort of the balcony. The hosts were fantastic at communicating, and the lodging was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. All the amenities and equipment worked perfectly, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals for a week. There’s also a small grocery and bakery conveniently located across the street. The location is excellent—within a 10-minute walk you’ll find Curi Cancha Reserve, Bajo del Tigre, the Monteverde Waterfall, and the Crandall Reserve, which is accessible directly from the property. There is some occasional road noise from motorcycles and milk trucks, but the incredible wildlife and comfort more than make up for it. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a front-row seat

Un espacio pequeño, acogedor , pero sobre todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Wenn man das Auto im gesicherten Innenhof verlässt, wird man gleich von dem beeindruckenden Pool empfangen. Weiter geht es durch den sehr schönen Garten zur Unterkunft. Hier verschlägt es einem die Sprache: unglaublich schönes Apartment. Liebevoll eingerichtet und zugleich funktional. Sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber, Betten und Badezimmer hervorragend. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, es wurde an viele Sachen gedacht, die man gar nicht erwartet. Die Kommunikation hat die ganze Zeit einwandfrei und unkompliziert funktioniert. Es gab sogar eine PDF, mit klaren Beschreibungen. Selten so eine schöne Unterkunft gesehen, wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Sol y Luna in La Fortuna. The accommodations are charming just as pictured and we were happy to have this little oasis to come back to every night. We were contacted by Susana to have a new stove installed one morning, unfortunately the timing didn't work for us. The hosts respected our privacy and I presume the stove was installed after we checked out. Thank you for sharing a little piece of paradise with us.

Chambre avec un balcon donnant une vue sur les montagnes et la péninsule de Nivoya au loin, à couper le souffle! Le balcon et la chambre sont spacieux et bien entretenus! les lits sont confortables! La salle commune, bien équipée est accueillante et une atmosphère harmonieuse et spirituelle est présente! Piscine et bain chaud hauts de gamme et bien entretenus! À monteverde, le bain chaud à servi, contre tout attente un soir à 15degré Celcius!

This is a great location on the Cajon Ridge of Grecia. It's very close to a bus stop and there's a small store just down the road a bit. The weather was perfect for us at this higher elevation, always a nice breeze and we enjoyed hours and hours of sitting on the deck and taking in the view. Beautiful! Marisa was extremely responsive as well as the property managers Jenny and Tim. We loved our month there and would definitely go back!

The place was very private and safe, all accommodations as described. Very close to the city center. If I had to nitpick, the mattress was extremely hard as well as the pillows. Everything else was amazing, Cristian is very responsive and proactive.
