Vacation rentals with a patio in Florencia

Definitely recommend this place. The location is perfect, around 5-10 min drive from the center of the town. The surroundings are beautiful with many trees and the view of volcano. The price is also great affordable. I would recommend this place to my friends!

Iris and Nelson are awesome people, they are very nice and helpful. The apartment is located near the center of the town, and makes it easy to reach multiple stores, restaurants, and cafes, just by walking. The apartment is as in the pictures, it is spacious and comfortable.

Absolutely loved our stay. The place was exactly as described, and we found it immaculately clean when we arrived. There is ample space for you to relax or work. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, yet only a few minutes from all the major stores and restaurants in town.

The unit is beautiful and comfortable. and Pablo and Miguel are great! very friendly and accommodating. they were very flexible with us when all of the other hosts in the area were not, and they enabled us to enjoy the last day of our vacation in LA Fortuna, where we saw beautiful wildlife and the volcano. thank you guys! although our stay was short, we thoroughly enjoyed every minute and hope to come back for a longer stay. the house is safe, secure, comfortable, the view is great and very relaxing. the heated pool area is semi indoor/outdoors and very nice. 5/5 stars, highly recommended.

This place is perfect walking distance for all La Fortuna experiences and restaurants. A/C worked well which was much needed. Only side note is you will hear hosts cats fight every night but there is a winner fast so not a big deal :P

Excellent value for money, compared to other nearby places it far exceeds the others.

The place was even better than we thought because the soda next-door was so good and we were even surprised by the little garden in the back and the animals plus a great view of the volcano. Most of the place feels bigger than we thought.

Andrés is a great host! The house is very close to downtown (walking distance). The kitchen has everything you need to eat inside. The living room with super comfortable TV for movie night. The rooms are very comfortable. Having two full bathrooms is a huge bonus. And the balcony has a view of the volcano👌🏼. Super recommended to get away for a weekend!

Amazing house. Even nicer than the photos. Gorgeous view of Arenal from the top deck. Lovely pool. It was a super relaxing visit. The AC units are only in the bedrooms but this was not a problem at all and my husband is very much an AC person. We had fans going and the AC from the bedrooms came into the living room, so it was very comfortable and cool. Great internet. Quiet neighborhood. We loved it so much, close to town, couldn’t have been better. Thanks so much Sindy!!!

The only downside to my time at Chepitas- it wasn’t long enough!! This was the perfect basecamp for our visit to La Fortuna. The location was perfect. It was so central to all the downtown restaurants and shops, but also completely tucked away. It really gave us the best of both worlds. Everything we wanted and needed was walkable, and yet, we felt completely secluded. Great views, too! The home was cozy and well-kept with enough amenities to make it a place we would certainly return to, especially for a longer stay. With the washer and dryer, the outdoor bbq space, and the private pool (that is much bigger than the photos), you have everything you need and more. Not only that, but Marvin was so friendly and communicative. All-around great accommodation. Thanks Marvin- Pura Vida!

Very nice house with fantastic garden. You have a chance to see parrots and another birds.All equipment works fine.Housekeeper Rosalija lives in the next house, she is always there to help. Unfortunatelly, the house is just 50 m from main road , and, when trucks are going down the hill, the sound is so strong, that you can not speak to one another when you are outside. Take something to protect you ears in night, the trucks start move before 6AM, and finish after 11PM. Another problem is that the house is far from La Fortuna, it is 20 min to drive. It is self check-in, but the owner had not gave us instructions prior , so we had to write him down again to open the gates.They have strange code lock on the front door, which had closed themselves at 10 PM, when we was outside, so we was forced to broke the door. It appears,that owners knows about this problem, but do nothing to fix it.

The location was safe and gated. There was a hiccup initially as we were provided instructions to access the wrong lockbox and we should have accessed a second lockbox. The house is 2 down from GPS look for solid silver gate. The place was as described and shown in the photos. There was a minor leak from the roof to the outside of the bathroom on the second floor. The a/c in the house was great and there was a unit in each bedroom. We also scheduled massages with the host. The ladies who arrived worked out all our aches from the many hikes we had from our adventures! Highly recommend!! We also did our laundry at the house there was a washer, dryer and detergent. Everything we needed including dishes, silverware, cups, soap, etc. There are some minor street noise from rowdy cars late night. There is a convenient store thats walkable near by. We were 10-20 minutes from all the major attractions. We would stay here if we ever visit La Fortuna again!

A magical family getaway! Lauren is the best host ever! Book this Airbnb with zero doubts. It’s rustic charm and cozy atmosphere make it the perfect place to stay . The view is spectacular and there was loads for my kids to do! We hiked up the quiet neighbourhood road to explore the mountain, drove 30minutes to bajos del toro (an epic drive) and went to Dinoland. It’s a great attraction for kids of all ages, but most importantly, it’s an easy walk to a gorgeous waterfall inside a tropical valley! Just down the road from Dinoland are free Pozas Celestes (cold turquoise natural dipping pools and river). Lauren’s Airbnb is a quick and easy 10minute drive down the hill to the center of Sarchi where we explored the cute town and its restaurants. We loved El Jardín because behind the restaurant is a little play area, ponies, and you can watch local artists in action everyday painting traditional Costa Rican coffee carts. Lauren’s Airbnb is so peaceful. 100% recommend this place! Thank you La

Where can I start....This is my first time to La Fortuna and we had a great vacation with the help of Gregory. Gregory's is a great host and his property is one of a kind which suits well for La Fortuna environment with lot of nature to enjoy inside his property. He helped in almost everything including recommending a nice Chef Gabriel.

It's a great place to stay at, however, what we missed was hot water at the kitchen and bathroom sinks. otherwise all good, we'd recommend it.
