Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Florence

Dawniel's Cottage was quaint, clean, and well equipped with the amenities necessary to be a second home. The coastal-themed decor neatly accentuated its location. Despite being in close proximity to the schools, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and quiet. The backyard fountain was pleasant, providing a haven for the occasional hummingbird and a place to contemplate activities for the day. The cottage was centrally located to meet our travel plans. We had a very nice opportunity to visit nearby coastal communities, the unique places, and natural features on a day-by-day basis. We had a most wonderful time. Thank You!

This stay was so wonderful for our family! And the location was perfect. We have stayed at many airbnbs along the coast, this might have been our favorite. It’s a well loved family home for sure, and I think that makes it better. The couches are cozy too. Stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, host was helpful. The lay out was perfect for families with kids, the bed rooms are all right by each other. This location is perfect if you want to venture north to Newport, or even south towards Florence.

The house was very nice and accommodated us well. We enjoyed the stay. We had our “Christmas” dinner there and it was a nice kitchen to cook in. The only thing was there were no serving dishes like bowls or platters. Otherwise it was great

Linda was so helpful and friendly and the house was perfect for our family and especially my son who uses a wheelchair. The house was comfy and clean and quiet and we loved it. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations and friendly communication! Will be back!!

This place was so good! AMAZING VIEW! This was just right AND they let us check in early. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from sitting on the couch or at the table, nice coffee bar and snacks, comfortable bed, clear instructions, and SO MANY extra pillows and blankets, which makes me happier than you could know! It really had everything we needed and being on the ground floor was definitely a plus since my husband was on crutches. It was a really great stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends & family.

Cozy studio apartment near Old Town Florence with everything you need to feel at home. I appreciate the comfy bed.

This is a very cute place. I was in town for Newport Seafood and Wine Festival. loved our stay would stay again.

We loved our stay at nye beach, the apartment was clean and well stocked with towel, spices and cookware. Also had a booster seat for my 1 year old along with a couple toys and bowls for my dog. Walkable to the beach and restaurants, easy to find and access with electronic lock.

Our stay at was truly magical! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere that made this place feel like a home away from home. The attention to detail in the decor, the stunning views, and the peaceful surroundings made every moment unforgettable. My wife absolutely adored the decor and we both appreciated how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a truly special getaway. It’s a destination we’ll be reminiscing about for years to come, and we can’t wait to return someday!

The stay at the Purple house went great! It was clean, very easy to find, accurately described, and I appreciated the book of local restaurants to help ease the search for dinner!

Our family had a lovely stay, we enjoyed the ocean view and the ease of getting onto the beach easily. If you bring your groceries with you, you could park once and walk to everything! Some places have minimal pots/pans/utensils but Leah provided a well stocked kitchen that I appreciated for our cooking needs. We walked everywhere! To the gift shops, restaurants, Blue Pig Bakery (try their cinnamon roll!), and even Coast Park for their playground. We would love to return, thank you!

Joan and Rick have a BEAUTIFUL home with great beach access. My family and I were wanting an easy get away from the chaos, and we found that here at this location. I would definitely recommend this to someone else visiting the area!

A favorite Airbnb in Florence. Perfect for when we head to the coast or a festival at the Florence Event Center. Two bedrooms are more than we need, but it's still very affordable, comfortable and in a perfect location.

This is a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the river and bridge and very walkable to shops and restaurants. Everything was very clean. I did not do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen seem well outfitted. There were lots of games and puzzles. It rained most of the time so I did not get to enjoy the patio. There is some noise from the bridge traffic but I did not find it to be disruptive. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

For my second visit to LaBob's Nye Beach Retreat, I brought my sis who lives on the east coast! She was amazed at your beautiful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed sister time since she lives so far away! The beautiful views from every window and balcony were breath taking, And walking on the beach was amazing! It was heavenly falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean! Coffee shops and stores are so close! I hope to take more family members to LaBob's soon! Elsa

The condo was everything that was listed and more. It was nice to have the little extras in the kitchen, like coffee, spices, working appliances, extra food if needed. It was also nice to have extras like phone cables, laundry soap, dryer sheets and soap and shampoo in the showers. I would recomend the condo to everyone looking for a place in Newport. Leslie
