Perfect house! Impeccable cleanliness, more equipped than necessary, there was everything, especially in the kitchen… a joy for the gourmets that we are! Great bedding. Very good baby equipment. Very quiet environment, the view of the vineyards from the kitchen is exotic. Very responsive host, a plus. In short, we will gladly go back if we return to the area.

The house is spacious, excellent bedding, the rooms are nice, wardrobes in each room which is appreciable for hanging clothes. The bathrooms and toilets are very clean like the whole house. Bright kitchen. We had a peaceful weekend and the house really met our expectations

The apartment is simply stunning,as shown in the photos, and very spacious. Ingrid met us at check-in, providing us with details on the apartment, neighborhood and other recommendations throughout Bordeaux. We were able to leave the doors open to catch the cool breezes for several nights and closed the doors when the noise from the street became bothersome. The earplugs made the noisy nights peaceful. The location is easily walkable to all the sights to see in Bordeaux and is surrounded by any type of store or restaurant that you could want. We loved Bordeaux and would highly recommend this apartment!

I came for a week of conference at the INRAE, and it was very easy to get to the train station or the INRAE with public transportation. The accommodation is located in a quiet area and is as described. Despite the heat wave, the accommodation remained relatively "cool", especially thanks to the presence of shutters. Samir's apartment is great. Communication with Samir was always easy and prompt. He was on the street waiting for us to show us the access to the garage and the apartment. There was a place to charge the electric car, although the slow charge was 3KW/h, I believe between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
