The villa is located on the bottom of Saint-Pierre 100m from the beach without any main road to cross, two parking spots in front of the villa. It consists of 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160/190 - 2 beds 140/190) and a mezzanine (1 bed 90/190). Ability to leave your vehicle for the duration of your stay and do anything on foot. Possibility of additional cleaning rate: €80

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.

This little pavilion is the dream of a life . Also during the renovation we wanted it as cozy as possible but also well equipped and convenient so that the stays are real enchanted parentheses. Welcome to Charlotte's Paradise! A 28 m² studio for 2 to 4 people on the 1st row (seafront), bright, quiet, on the ground floor of a small house from the 60s. Covered terrace of 35 m² directly overlooking the sand (sea 50 meters away but view of dune in front). Ceiling at 1.95 meters (6 ft 5 in). Total independence and deep cleaning between each guest.
