Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.

Covered terrace of 35 m² directly overlooking the sand (sea 50 meters away but view of dune in front). Ceiling at 1.95 meters (6 ft 5 in). Total independence and deep cleaning between each guest.

The residence is very quiet and secure. It is located next to the large Richelieu Ouest beach, it is a 5-minute walk away.
