Cleaning deposit of 10 euro included in the rental price and which will be refunded if the apartment is returned clean.

The accommodation offers a fantastic view of the sea and you are on the beach in 20 seconds. We were there with our 7-month-old daughter and there were a lot of helpful things for babies (high chair, crib, toys..). Kitchen equipment is also good and we were very happy with the good beds. Communication with Sandrine and Marc was flawless and very friendly. The panoramic view is fantastic but also has a flaw: in the morning until about 2 pm the sun shines very strongly and heats the apartment very quickly. Fortunately, however, there are well-functioning air conditioners in every room. The way to shops/bakeries is within walking distance 30 min (easy) but not very close.

We spent some very nice days at Emmanuelle's house. Emmanuelle welcomed us in a friendly way and also had lots of tips and recommendations for our vacation days. The little cottage is perfectly equipped. We didn't miss anything. The location is perfect, you can reach many excursion destinations quickly and easily. If you don't want to go on an excursion, the spacious terrace invites you to chill. I can fully recommend Emmanuelle. Dear Emmanuelle, Thank you very much for your friendly and uncomplicated manner. We had a great time at Isabelle and Charly's. They are very attentive and do their utmost to make the vacation as enjoyable as possible. Special mention for Isabelle and the delicious sacristains!!! The studio, with pool views, is beautiful, very clean and well decorated. The private patio is great for outdoor dining while being sheltered... We have not yet finished exploring the Thau basin region and we will definitely return to Mèze.

Very good welcome from Philippe, he is a host attentive to the smooth running of your stay and available if needed. Still reachable. As for the apartment, in addition to being super well-located, close to the beach, the city center, and the port, it is really very nice, nicely decorated, well equipped and very functional. From the terrace, we saw on dunes (wild), which gives access to a path along the cliffs, overlooking the sea (beautiful) ideal for walks and jogging.
