Les Ayguades House

Air-conditioned house for 4 people (possibility 6 people for an extra charge) + a baby and a private parking space in a residence with swimming pool open from June to September. It consists of 3 bedrooms with 140 bed, one on the ground floor, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a toilet, a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen area. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. As well as a large veranda and a tiled exterior A crib and high chair are available free of charge. Sea is about 900 m away

No smoking! :( A cozy one-bedroom apartment for 1 or 2 people maximum. Adjoining our house, it has a separate entrance. The terrace allows you to enjoy the outdoors. The town center is within walking distance (numerous local shops). Hiking trails are nearby. The sea is a 40-minute walk, 20 minutes by mountain bike (on gravel paths), or 5 minutes by car. There are sports facilities nearby. Don't hesitate to air out the apartment. A breeze is more effective than air conditioning :)

A charming village house completely renovated at the beginning of 2020, located in Peyriac sur Mer. (100m from the center of town and located near shops, hiking trails, and saltworks), village in the heart of the Corbières perfectly located to explore the region (Cathar Castles; Wine estates; Salt Marshes, Mediterranean Beaches; Pyrenees Massif). Maison Corbières is the ideal place for your stay, whether you are a wine enthusiast, or lover of gastronomy, hiking, or water sports.

At the edge of the pond

Facing the pond, and with stunning views of the Barbarossa Tower, our house invites you to relax. On the ground floor, a bright living room opens to a garden and terrace. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two with 160 cm beds and one with 90 x 190 cm bunk beds + 1 trundle bed (we have 1 baby bed), as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Ideally located in the heart of the village, everything is on foot, and the beach is only 10 minutes by bike.

Apartment, completely renovated, located in a large QUIET and wooded pedestrian residence. CLOSE TO BEACH: 5-minute walk to the beach, port and restaurants. Shops nearby (15-20 minute walk, 5 minute drive). Very nice hikes starting from the foot of the building. Self-check-in and cleaning must be done by you at the end of your stay. Cleaning deposit of 10 euro included in the rental price and which will be refunded if the apartment is returned clean.

The African reserve is 5 km away, Terra Vinea 10 km, Fonfroide Abbey, the city of Carcassonne, less than 30 minutes by car.

Equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, 4-burner induction cooktop. Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee maker. Dishwasher, washing machine and a microwave oven that grills. Outside, enclosed terrace not overlooked. Barbecue, parasol with a table and 4 chairs. Cleaning, linens and towels are included.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. It is very functional, quiet and comfortable. There is a very nice terrace where you only hear the birds singing and sometimes some cicadas. To access the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps not recommended for people with reduced mobility. It is totally independent and you will feel perfectly at ease there.
