What a delightful stay I’ve just had at The Stable. Wonderful farm surroundings. Very peaceful and secure. Rita was an amazing host and the Cottage was extremely clean and comfortable and I wanted for nothing :-)

Nicola's home was cosy, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for a village stay. We were celebrating an 80th birthday nearby & Nicola kindly laid a fire, ready for us to host the family tea & cake in the evening. The sunny weekend offered us a chance to use the garden & enjoy the cheeky jackdaws who are roosting nearby. A joyful stay for all. Look forward to returning soon.

I would highly recommend this place! My friend and I stayed here for a girlie weekend away. Thank you for making us feel so at home and welcome in your space. We had such a great long weekend - so much on your doorstep but still so peaceful and quiet. Check out the pubs nearby, some really nice food and drinks options - everyone very friendly. Nice walks and scenery to take in when the weather was nice! Really responsive hosts who couldn’t do more to make us feel comfortable! An absolute gem of a place, really cosy but still super spacious and felt very high end. Can’t wait to come back again! Best nights sleep I’ve had in ages - such a comfy bed!!!

It was our first stay at the barn and we both loved the barn and the location it was very clean and felt homely with comfortable beds and a kitchen big enough to have a meal with friends with 4 local pubs and a convenience store all within a 5-10 minute walk it was an ideal location and a charming village to walk around or a walk on the canal path with a shop open for drinks and freshly baked bread overall the barn and the hosts surpassed our expectations hopefully return next time we visit family in the area
