Beautiful place nicely renovated with quality materials. Comfortable, big and spacious, modern, nice garden that unfortunately we could not enjoy because of the rain. A little stream runs nearby. The road is close but you can barely hear it from inside. Reactive and communicative host. Thanks for accepting to host us with our rescue dogs 🐕!

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Silvia and Enrico were waiting for us at the agreed time. They welcomed me with friendliness and kindness. Silvia clearly explained everything she needed to know. The apartment is very comfortable, very clean, tidy, cozy. Every little detail was attentive. We had a good time, thank you for your kindness! 😊🥰

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

Daniela is just thoughtful and perfect as a host. She was very nice and always available to us, even going beyond her prerogatives by offering us additional services for our daughter who sprained her ankle during our vacation. You can tell she loves what she does and she does it perfectly. The accommodation is perfect and what about the location: only a 10-minute walk to the train station or airport. The city center is a little far on foot but it's very doable when you're on vacation (about 30 minutes). Despite the location close to the airport, the accommodation is quiet at night. We loved everything about this place! Maurizio provided helpful instructions before we arrived. His partner Oliver met us at check-in, helped us up the stairs, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The place is as advertised with one of the best views in all of Cinque Terra. We stayed with our two boys (10 and 8) and found the space to be perfect for our needs. The interior is small (but you won't spend much time inside) and the stairs leading to the home are long (I'd only stay here if in relatively good shape) but the home is in great shape, clean, comfortable well furnished, and in a great location to enjoy Monterosso and Cinque Terra. Would book again!

We are really delighted by our time at Emilia's apartment. Exemplary cleanliness, beyond matching the description given on Airbnb, it's a real place to live on a daily basis. Emilia was very considerate, heard from us every day. The hosting by her daughter, who was also very friendly, was very effective. So we join the list of positive reviews that recommend Emilia's place with great pleasure.

Fantastic location near the city and view from the apartment is outstanding. The only problem we had was getting in the apartment as the apartment door is finicky and this could be easily corrected. Would rent again and again. Magical place, magical city.

The stay at the apartment was simply perfect, super equipped with any comfort that can be useful to make the guest feel at home, impeccable cleanliness and Nicoletta always available, precise in communications and super kind in having us find, upon our arrival, welcome gifts both for us adults (Chianti wine with two glasses!!) and for our little ones. definitely in the future if we decide to return to the Viareggio area, we will know where to go!! super recommended apartment and host!!!

A very kind and attentive person, she speaks French very well and gave us very good advice for finding a restaurant. She offered our daughter a small chicken and chocolates because it was Easter weekend, a charming touch and had prepared a basket for our dog. In short, we were very well hosted. As for the accommodation, it is very spacious, well furnished, there is absolutely everything you need, nothing is missing. The environment is very quiet and there are some lovely walks to take. I would highly recommend it!

Giuliana, a thoughtful host and attentive to the needs of a couple with a 3-year-old. We found more for him in the house than we could expect. So much space both inside and out, on the terrace, where you can have lunch and relax. Very central location, convenient to everything. Marina di Carrara is a pleasant discovery.

Monterosso is the pick of the Cinque Terra towns, it is almost flat with many more dinning options, and it didn’t feel overrun by the crowds as they swarm off the train. The apartment is in the old part of town on the 4th floor with a lift which you don’t find often in Italy. It was perfect for our 3 night stay and is much nicer than the photos after a recent renovation. Don’t hesitate to book.

Clean apartment. Right next to the train station for the 5 Terres. Only drawback, it's very complicated to find a place to park. Otherwise for the rest it was very good

We stayed two nights in Fabrizio's apartment and it was just fantastic. He was always available to us and even brought us from the train station to the accommodation. The apartment is great for visiting Viareggio, we liked using the bikes offered and were able to easily explore Viareggio. The apartment left nothing to be desired!!!! Thank you!
