This is a lovely place—spacious, comfortable, and clean. The development has a nice pool and hot tub right by the unit. The location is at the south end of Moab, so it adds about ten minutes’ driving time to Arches or the Island in the Sky part of Canyonlands, but we appreciated the quiet that came with being slightly out of the main downtown area. We adored the parks and hope to return to Moab, and if we do we’ll definitely stay here again.

Mark’s place was really beautiful. The location can’t be beat! There’s so much property that you can hike your way through. It’s very secluded and private and I’ve never seen so many stars out at night! It’s definitely very special. He has two dogs that live on the property who will happily guide you down the trails. First there’s Magic who is a sweet little lady who will gently get you where you need to go. She was great with my little dog Piper. Then there’s Owen who has the soul of a very charming escaped convict. He’s still just a puppy so he’s learning the ropes. Don’t leave your sneakers out around him! He wasn’t great with my dog so they did need to be separated. But Mark was super responsive and handled it right away. Owen is a little sweetheart but he’s still a puppy so if you have a small dog just be mindful. He’s probably great with big dogs. But he’ll definitely keep you entertained with his lovable antics!

We asked to check out later instead of 10 am and he replied instantly and let us checkout at 11. Actually it’s easy to find the place, because we got there at night seemed complicated get there still light. We love this place you won’t disappointed with his place.

This condo is clean and roomy. It's nice to have three bedrooms and two baths. All the amenities, including a gas fireplace. The space would be nice in warmer weather, too, because the patio (with a grill)and balcony are both spacious.

Great place! Easy to get to arches and canyonlands and only minutes from downtown Moab yet still peaceful. Place was exactly as listed, easy to check in and out, and very clean with all amenities. Would 100% stay there next time I’m in Moab.

Our stay was amazing. Cindy and Paul greeted us and made us feel welcome and at home. The neighborhood is very quiet with great views. The heating and cooling were surprisingly quick to keep the space extremely comfortable. Exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this listing for anyone visiting Moab.

This is a perfect place for a family to use as a home base as they explore and play in this beautiful part of Utah. Michelle does a great job of not only providing for needs but also anticipating a guest’s wants. She has great attention to detail, and we very much appreciated her efforts. If we ever return to this area, I’d definitely try to rent this place again.

This house was perfect for our vacation to Moab for Easter Jeep safari! We were able to park 5 large vehicles a single car hauler and a double car hauler perfectly! With a lots of room to spare! The playground outside was perfect for my almost 2 year old. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few times we cooked. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spot less! And very comfy! We hope to stay here again soon!

Tonya is awesome and her place is just the same. 6 of us (3 couples) had an awesome time in Moab even with some rain. The place had everything we needed and was so comfortable. Each couple having a king size bed was so nice. The couch was so spacious and comfortable. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed Moab, as Arches is our favorite Utah National Park. We were at this airbnb for 9 nights, and it was great. Plenty of room, quiet, and easily accessible to Arches. We liked playing cards at the kitchen table, relaxing at night and watching movies from the couches, and the flexibility of preparing our own meals in the kitchen or driving 5 miles into Moab to eat at Zax (our favorite restaurant in town). We had a wonderful time!

This was one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Kelvin was really easy and great to work with. The townhouse was in a quiet neighborhood, and looked exactly like the pictures. You’re a couple minutes drive from downtown Moab, and that seemed just fine. Close to The Arches and The Canyonlands. We cook a lot when we travel, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check-in was super easy, beds were super comfy, and we would for sure come back!

This condo was perfect! Located on the south side of town, it was peaceful and the views were nice. Heading to the park, downtown or any of the trails was a short drive. The well appointed kitchen allowed us to prepare all our meals. The outdoor grill and outdoor patio were a welcome addition. Thank you Alan!

Our family’s first time to Moab with the Bronco and Base Camp did not disappoint! My son and I hiked all over the property and never saw another person. Sunsets and sunrises were picturesque and so so many stars at night. We rented the side by side and went out to chicken corners and wind caves as suggested by the host and they were fantastic. Utah is beautiful and Base Camp is right smack dab in the middle. The instructions that were provided by the host to get there were very clear, we brought our own food and had everything we needed for the few days and nights we were there. Great place to get away and enjoy nature. We did not get a chance to use the kayaks but the place is right in the river and kayaks were offered if we needed them. Fabulous rocks are all over for those rock lovers out there!

The apartment was very clean and in a great location. The location was great as we were away from the busyness of downtown but close enough when we wanted to get there. The views from the patio were fantastic. Thanks Richy for hosting our unforgettable trip.
