Monthly Rentals in Fire Island

I loved the simplicity of the space, very clean and neat. Bedding was very comfortable and also very clean. Located in the heart of town and only a short walk to the ocean. Perfection.

Excellent stay! Hosts were responsive and very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had beautiful decor. Highly recommend! Five stars one of my favorite and I will definitely be back. Thank you to Susan and Zoe for a wonderful stay.

Our stay at Dune Point Guesthouse in Cherry Grove was really exceptional. Our studio was well designed and a lot of thought was put into many of the smallest details that made you feel pampered and that the cost was both deserved and justified. The beach front main quarters also had many great places to lounge and chill or eat in either the sun or shade with ocean view that also provided you with private direct beach access and the use of great beach chairs during your stay - which were all great notable perks!

I stayed here long term for four and a half months. Christine's place was outstanding, and I doubt you'll find a better deal. Space was very nice (looks even bigger in person) with brand new appliances. Easily best kitchen I've ever had access to. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood with plenty of stuff nearby. Only thing missing is in-unit laundry, however the local laundromat is great. Aside from the space she and her husband were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond. They even helped me get home when my car broke down. If you're staying on LI for a while you can't go wrong here.
