Vacation rentals with breakfast in Fire Island

Beautiful home in a lovely location with plenty of activities to do and sites to see. Michael and Lauren were very responsive to our questions and made us feel welcomed. They also shared a comprehensive guide to the area which was very helpful since we are new to Greenport. We hope to be back soon!

Eden’s home was a wonderful escape from NYC for our family. The house was clean and spacious and located close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Checkin instructions were clear, and host communication was great. We will definitely book again!

A lovely, updated ranch house with extra rooms in the basement and a spacious back deck and yard. The house is so close to the beach, quiet and secluded.

I usually only stay with Superhosts but made an exception this time, since the place seemed so beautiful. 0 regrets. I am sure these folks will be Superhosts in no time. First - this place was CLEAN. The towels smelled fresh, the linens were clean, there wasn’t a lot of dust. Way better than most Airbnbs. The bed was comfortable too! Second - this is an outdoor paradise. The hosts gave instructions for the fire pit, even allowed us to use their fire wood. The outdoor fountains are so relaxing, and the VIEW is breathtaking. The furniture outside is well cared for and everything has covers so it stays dry and clean. You can hear the waves and watch the water all day from the deck, dining room, living room, or even the main bedroom. I spent a lot of time watching birds on the water with the binoculars! There are neighbors but at a distance so it’s private and quiet. This place is a slice of heaven and the hosts are absolutely wonderful. I will 100% rent again. ❤️

This was my first stay at an Airbnb and it went better than expected for my family of 5. Chubba’s home was spacious and tidy and like seeing a time capsule with certain items around the place. I was able to make full meals in the kitchen and use the huge desk to work from home. Chubba was kind enough to provide a variety of beverages and lots of snacks my kids really enjoyed. Plenty of toiletries as well. Beds were good and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking in the area. Thanks again Chubba!

Sarah is a wonderful host who works hard, is respectful and offers wonderful hospitality, but more importantly, she is a genuinely good person. I've stayed here twice and both times felt at home away from home. I've always believed in showing the utmost respect when staying in someone's home, and her decency, kindness and hospitality more than warrant that from guests. When I'm back in the area I'll know where to go, if available.

Will’s place is a great deal and it is ideally located if you’re in the Bridgeport/Fairfield area. The place was clean and comfortable with many things provided in kitchen and refrigerator. Will is a great host and very responsive to questions. I would stay here again without question.

Jasmine's place was great! Very comfortable, spacious, and had everything one could need for a weekend stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you could need to stay in and make some meals or just have your morning coffee. Rooms were very comfy, and Jasmine was so kind to have extra necessities in the bathroom for any unexpected emergencies. The area was very quiet and calm, felt very safe. Had a great stay overall, would definitely recommend!

Mary Ann’s home is a beautiful gem in the right spot. Perfect for birding, a short walk to the beach, or a quick drive to the wineries. Mary Ann was respectful of our privacy, was great at communicating, & always kept us in the loop. She is the ideal hostess & I would definitely recommend her place. We had a fantastic time.

Great and very clean apartment. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and access to cleaning products. Felt like home.

new flat, lots of nice touches, thoughtful things like make up cloths, king size bed & pillows, air purifier, screened in patio, place to park right on the driveway, fluffy towels, good linens, toiletries, magnified mirror, large showerhead w/hand held wand, some spices in the kitchen cupboard, Keurig machine, paper cups for take away. the furniture is nice, tv in bedroom & living room was nice. self contained unit feels private. entrance through the rear of the premises with a nice yard.

I would definitely book this place again if I travel to New York! One min walk from the LIRR train station and easy to get to Manhattan and other locations. Garden is so clean and sooo peaceful. House was absolutely big and beautiful. Clean house, amazing garden with a hot tub. (I didn’t want to leave). William offered to make breakfast and will ask if you need anything and will always be there to help you. I enjoyed chatting with him. Such a great man!! A great host, very helpful and so kind! What a perfect spot in Shelter Island! Beth and team were amazing - we were visiting one night for a wedding on the island and the ceremony was at 2 PM the day we were arriving. I messaged Beth and she was extremely helpful with providing early check in to ensure we could get ready prior to the event! The actual B&B is beautiful - fantastic design, super clean, cool art and the backyard area with the pool is so dreamy. There is even a little workout area near the pool with a Peloton and a Lululemon mirror. Its a short drive from the North ferry, lots of restaurants and cafes and only a short walk to the beautiful Crescent beach. It is such a serene setting and I truly feel like I am on vacation.The room was beautiful and the bed was comfy, I am OBSESSED with the hand soap and have to find it for myself because it smells SO GOOD! I would 100000% recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay. Centrally located between Southhampton and Westhampton. The property was renovated, spacious, and clean, with beautiful views of the bay. The hosts were friendly, communicative and helpful. We will be back!

I don’t even know where to begin! William was an AMAZING host. The first place my husband and I booked canceled last minute and William had no problem accommodating us. We are able to check in at 7pm after making the reservation around 6pm. The pictures do not do this place justice. William set up the sauna for us to use which was a truly relaxing experience. I could talk to William for hours, we had lots of conversation about various topics. The next morning he made us breakfast. We had bacon and eggs with croissants and coffee and OJ. This was a beautiful stay and it was well worth the money. William was just the cherry on top! I will definitely be staying here again!

A dreamy South Hamptons getaway!! Superb location to explore the village, venture to the beach, or simply relax on the front porch. Jayne has perfected the bed & breakfast experience in her warm, historic home & made our stay one we won’t forget! Hope to be back. Thanks Jayne!

This property and its location in the Hamptons is perfect. And Monika goes long past the extra mile to make you feel properly “hosted”. Beyond that, the AirBnB review character limit prevents me from doing justice to how truly extraordinary Monika is as a host or how equally wonderful the property is to experience. Sufficed to say, this was the best AirBnB experience we have ever had anywhere, period, full stop. We will absolutely be back.

Marie’s and Tom’s place is a very heartwarming home. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful! We could not resist the delicious breakfast every day. Their attention to details was superb. If we ever move back to NY we would love to move right next door to them! “Thank you Tom and Marie”
