We loved all things SEA…my family built this special Artist Loft Tiny Cottage Retreat. Over the years, family & guests have created beautiful memories here. The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

Serene minimalist cottage directly on Lake Oscaleta with spectacular waterfront and Mountain Lakes Park behind. Quiet, isolated and lost in the trees, you feel you are in Vermont or the Adirondacks. Yet it's only 1 hour from Manhattan, 10 minutes from restaurants. Kayak, canoe, fish, paddleboard. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.
