He has an amazing villa over looking the ocean, with a private platform to relax and jump straight into the ocean. The house was well equipped and Tevfik was very responsive.

Nice place for a cozy stay especially if with friends or multiple families. In a very natural area with a good view. It may need some improvement for the hot water in wintertime and shower heads, since they are low pressured shower heads. Otherwise very well organized place to stay. Definitely you need a car to travel to town and nearby beaches, if you want an easy vacation

It was the perfect vacation home that we were looking for. Escaped from our lives for a week at a peaceful place at the peninsula, had everything we needed without any issues. Thanks to Hilary & Ramazan for running this perfect place and hosting us!

I liked the villa very much, better than in the photos. The house has everything you need, clean and calm. Erol is welcoming, always in touch and ready to help. I definitely recommend it.

Villa da ihtiyacınız olan herşey var, havuz günlük olarak temizlenip bakımı yapılıyor, bunun yanında ada içerisindeki birçok plaja çok yakın konumda.

This is a place with a great view surrounded by the huge orange garden. Önder, who is the owner of this place is a great person, very friendly, great host! The houses are a bit smaller than they look in the photos, inside you'll find a nice comfortable bed, a small fridge and that's all. If you have a lot of stuff with you, you'd probably have to leave it unpacked during your stay. We've visited the place in January and there was not enough hot water and the bathroom was really cold. If you stay there for more than a couple of days it may be a problem for you. I guess that is a wintertime problem but anyway, be prepared. Overall the place is really quiet, the oranges were super tasty and the dogs that live on the territory are super cute and friendly! We were happy to be there.

Portakal ve nar bahçelerinin arasında, hamakta dağ manzarasının güzelliğine doyamayacağınız keyifli bir mekan. Ev oldukça geniş ve rahat. Üç ayrı odası var. İki aile rahatça kalabilir. Sahile yürüyerek 5-6 dakika uzaklıkta. Ev sahibimiz Mehmet Bey, her an telefonun ucunda. Havaalanı transferine kadar her konuda yardımcı olabiliyor. Aynı zamanda işletmesini üstlendiği Zakkum Restorant'taki lezzetli yemeklerin tadına bakmanızı tavsiye ederim.

Muhtesem manzarali denize özel girisi olan bir villa. Evde genel olarak ihtiyac olan hersey var. Salim Bey güleryüzle karsiladi ve valizimize yardim etti. 2 günlük bir klima problemimiz disinda bir sorun yasamadik. Kalabalik aile olarak güzel bir hafta gecirdik. Ama gideceklerin bilmesi gereken bazi seyleri yazmak istiyorum. Iskeleye kadar 130 merdiven var, korkuluk yok, iskele merdivenleri cok pasli ve eski, acil onarima ihtiyac var (Çocuklu aileler için zor olabilir). Ayrica Cukurbag yarimadasi imkanlari kisitli bir bölge. Sadece iki kücük mini market var, online market hizmeti yok, yemek siparisini sadece bir iki restoran getiriyor, gideceklerin saglam bir alışveriş yapmasi şart.

Det är en liten men jätte fin och mysig lägenhet! Bra designat med fin balkong! Det finns nästan allt i köket för att laga och äta mat hemma! Sängen var bekväm! Duschen funkar perfekt! Det var jätte fin omgivning på gården, man kan se fina katter och söta kaniner som var jätte trevligt ❤️ Men det finaste i lägenheten är - Utsikten från balkongen och alla fönster! Det var förtrollande, man kan se hela Kas! Vi gjorde det 24 timmar om dagen! Så jag vill tacka jättemycket Baris för allt! Baris är mycket snäll kille, som var tillgänglig hela tiden och hjälpte med allt om vi behövde hjälp!🙏 Jag rekommenderar gärna lägenhet och lovar att komma mer ditt! Jag saknar redan den!

We had our family trip with 2 toddlers and decided to stay at Erdems. His wife Anna checked us in and made everything to accommodate our needs and beyond. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay was good and the place with the view is gorgeous however it is a bit far away from the city but you always can call a taxi which is rather affordable.

1 aya yakın bir süre kendi evimde gibi hissederek konakladım. İnanılmaz pet friendly bir yaklaşım gördüm. Ev 2 kişi için çok ideal bir ev. Ama 4 kişiye kadar da 2 gün kaldırabilecek kadar ferah. Deniz manzarasında kahvaltı keyfi de çok güzeldi. Temizlik için ek ücret alınıyor ama isterseniz kendiniz de temizleyebiliyorsunuz. Ancak buna uygun herhangi bir ekipman odada bulunmuyor. Bunlar ya bırakılmalı ya da temizlik fiyata dahil edilmeli diye düşünüyorum. Resepsiyon ve operasyon görevlileri çok dost canlısıydı. Tüm taleplerimde çok sıcak davrandılar. Konumsal olarak yeri çok iyi ancak araba olmayınca yokuş biraz yorabilir. İnerken yürüyüp dönüşte taksiyle çıkmak gerekebiliyor çok dik olduğu için. Ancak yine de merkeze inanılmaz yakın. Sadece sezon açılışı olduğu için alt taraftaki mekanın tadilatı vardı ve ve 1.katta olduğum için çok fazla tadilat sesi geliyordu. Bu konuda biraz daha hassas olabilirlerdi. Tüm destekleri ve hizmetleri için teşekkür ederim

The villa is beautiful and spacious, there were 7 of us and it never felt crowded. The view and the privacy are unbeatable. Everyone managing the villa was very responsive and friendly. It was truly one of a kind experience to all of us that we’ll never forget. On a side note the villa would benefit from a little touch up, cause a lot of things are deteriorating. Some of the pots and pans were so smelly that we had to keep them outside for our stay. Also we noticed some nasty smell from one of the ACs on the lower lever of the house so we opted to not turn it on.

The place was amazing! Great view, great villa :) highly recommend this stay. (There are also so many cute dogs and cats around).

The views are even better than in the pictures! All the rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, with a generous 2 pillows per person. Just a couple of things to note; we were there for 10 days but there was no change of linen in that time. Also the curtains at all the windows are white linen, which is beautifully cool but if you’re bothered by being woken by the morning light, bring an eye mask! We were 6 adults (2 couples, 2 singles) so the house layout worked perfectly. 8 very good quality sun loungers with lots of space to spread out and plenty of proper shade on the terrace. Wonderful outdoor dining facilities which we used all the time as the views / sunsets are just SPECTACULAR!!! Melinda couldn’t have been more helpful and responded very quickly. Cuneyt is her local representative in Kas and was equally as helpful, recommending and booking restaurants for us and telling us about things to do and places to go - a real bonus! Would 100% recommend this place!

Havuz gideri çok büyük havuz eşyalarını yutabiliyor bu da havuzun temizlenmesi ve yenilenmesini engelliyor. Bunun dışında ki herşey mükemmeldi. Konumu, deniz imkanı, ilgi alaka mahremiyet. Son derece başarılıydı

Çok memnun kaldığımız bir deneyim oldu. Her yer çok temizdi. Çok konforlu bir konaklama imkanı sundu bize. Konum olarak arabalılara tavsiye edebileceğim bir konumda. Markete ulaşım arabayla çok sorunsuz.

Excellent stay, I have enjoyed a lot and it was even sad to check out. Kitchen is very well equipped, TV, got Netflix on it. 5 mins walk to crowded city center and all the fancy cafes. Up hill on the way back home after, but I am totally fine with 5 minutes exercise like that, for me it was a benefit. Ahmet and Marie are super nice people, I am honored to meet them.

It was a beautiful stay as expected. You may easily prefer this villa if you prefer a calm stay. Everything was as described and shown on details. One minor cons it could be great if it was provided some toiletries like shampoo at least for the first day cause it is not easy to get at that point.
