If you’re looking for a Pvt place with good views and peace, you can find it here as you chill and grill by the pool - away from the city but still within close reach. Do rent a car if you’re visiting as the host will suggest as well.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Osman's place. There's a lot to visit around, within 20-30 mins by car. The nearest beach is 10 mins ride away. The big MM Migros is just 5 mins ride away, in the centre of Kumluca. The villa is very big, surrounded by beautiful orange trees, very private and relaxing. Definitely a 5-star recommendation!

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! We left the house today, it was really clean, there is everything in the house in the image, it was very comfortable to come and go as if it were your own home, 10 km to the center, there is nothing needed except for your food and private belongings, my only recommendation is that if you are going to go in the spring or fall, slippers or shoes are necessary to wear in the house, my feet are very cold, and if you are going to go with you during this period, I would recommend it very much, I would recommend it again, thank you very much for everything.

Very clean. There are a lot of dishes. 3 floors. There is a living room kitchen on the ground floor. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms. On the 3rd floor there is 1 bedroom. Each bedroom has a toilet and air conditioning. The living room also has its own toilet and air conditioning. The pool is cleaned every other day (clean). From the wishes - no children's cots, high chairs. Great villa. Recommended to book

The house is quiet on the heights of the city. The view is beautiful in the morning for sunrise and in the evening with the city lights. The house is made on 3 levels (ground floor living room and toilet, 1st 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with toilet and on the last one bedroom with toilet and shower room). The house is very comfortable. as far as the exteriors are very good too, only be careful the tiles around the pool is very slippery when wet!

Rezzan's place was exceptionally cozy and quiet. We checked in late and she was there to meet us and make certain we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Such a peaceful place to wake up and breakfast was fresh and delicious! Wonderful stay!!!

My family stayed here for a week and I can say it was a really cool place! Very hospitable hosts, met us with a delicious cake, were always in touch and tried to solve all the issues that we had! The premises are very spacious, there are many bedrooms, everything is tidy, clean, everything was necessary. And when something was missing, the host responded very quickly and provided help) What I can note is the top location, the store right under the house, the embankment, the facilities, the sea. I liked the garden of the house the most, you can grill food there, and the child can play and just sit in the shade) I recommend this place 100%

We spent two weeks at Hasan's villa and had an unforgettable time. The pictures are realistic and the villa is incredibly beautifully furnished. Hasan and his wife are friendly people and very helpful. We had a great holiday thanks to them. I would gladly recommend this place to stay and I would book it again myself. A quick tip: either come by car or rent one there, because the house is a little far from the city. But it's perfect for peace and quiet.
