💦 Our villa has a heated private pool that can be used in all four seasons. Heating is subject to a fee of TRY 1,500 per day. The dimensions are 10.5 x 5.50, with a depth of 150 cm. The children's pool measures 250 x 220 and is 40 cm deep. The shallow pool measures 250 x 220 with a depth of 20 cm. Fully equipped kitchen utensils are available. There are 2 double beds and 4 single beds, with a total capacity of 8 guests and 6 beds. Each room has own bathroom. There are 2 hot tubs for 2 people each. There is a BBQ area, a bar, and a table for 8 people.

Our villa is located in Demre district of Antalya. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 3 bathrooms. There is a pool and double jacuzzi in an area of 7.60x3.20. Facilities such as barbecue, patio, outdoor dining table, music system, okey and backgammon sets, pilates ball and exercise band are available. …OUR VILLA IS SURROUNDED BY "CLOSEABLE CURTAINS" AND THE POOLSIDE AND INSIDE OF THE VILLA ARE NOT VISIBLE… It is 3 km from the sea, 10 km from Üçağız and Kekova, and 35 km from Kaş.
