"SQUIRREL HOUSE" It is a house submerged in the green, very spacious and all in wood. Its tranquility and its contact with nature make it unique. The house is located close to "La Punta", the famous wave of Santa Catalina, just 3 minutes walk. Very close to the house there is the possibility of eating in several restaurants and delighting with a rich ice cream in the ice cream shop "La Moncheria". The house has its own bathroom with hot shower, a large and equipped kitchen and a very special balcony.

Casa Corotu is located in Torio Hills a 10 minute's walk to the beach with a a trail to access Torio river. Fiber Optic WiFi and two work spaces. The property surrounded by big trees that keep the house cool, which also provide shelter for birds and wildlife. The house is NOT childproof, minimal railing system. It's a great house to live the experience of #toriolife and all it has to offer. It is also an opportunity to experience the jungle in an open-style home with a mesmerizing treetop view.

Marked trails with posted maps begin at our place. Hike to a beautiful waterfall, mountain or beach. Photograph birds from the porch. Surf, body board and swim safely (no strong currents). Walk to good restaurants, and a small grocery. Experienced Surfers have Morrillo Beach and Playa Reina. Watch sun and moon rise.

Tastefully furnished studio (25 m2) with Queensize-bed, kitchenette, modern bathroom and private deck (6 m2), AC and fan. Private shady parking close to the house. The cabaña is built in a hill = stairs up from the parking to the house and up to the pool and offers sea view with spectacular sunsets. Large, 13 m long lap pool. 3 gorgeous beaches are within easy walking distance one of which is Playa Morrillo, the highlight for every passionate surfer. Many more outdoor activities in the area.
