Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.

Public parking is 20 meters from the apartment.

Heated pool from APRIL to OCTOBER. It is not available outside of these months. Central apartment with garden and pool. The pool is located in the apartment's private garden so it is exclusively for the apartment's users. Expandable cover, in summer always partially open. Heated pool available from April to October, the rest of the year the pool is not heated. New construction and finishes. Bright and quiet. Ideal for families.
