Great house to bring the kids to!

My sister got married nearby so we stayed at the place for the week. It was amazing from start to finish. Firstly, the beds were so comfortable. Secondly, this place is really private and quiet. It was so relaxing to sit outside in the enclosed porch. This place looks even better in person. Very well maintained and probably one of the nicest houses on the street. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend this place to other people.

Anita’s house was perfect for our Family! The house was clean and spacious enough to accommodate us. She had toys & books for our toddler and also bought an inflatable tub for her to use since the house doesn’t have one. Also had a goodie bag of play things for my kiddo and a bottle of wine waiting for me after a long road trip. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The washer didn’t work during our stay but she compensated us with an extra day at no charge! ❤️ We will definitely come back to visit soon

Home was as described. Very spacious neat and clean. Home is well stock with basic necessities in case you forget items for your trip. If you have extra items pay it forward Home has a an abundant supply of games and books for kids and adults to occupy their downtime. There’s a very nice view in the backyard a waterfront view. You can enjoy the scenery in the morning or at sunset. Owner has personal items in the home so be very respectful. There are three bedrooms that are available all located upstairs. There’s one TV in the home located in the downstairs area. Air conditioning and fans in every room, linen and towels to accommodate as well as a washer and dryer. Home is located in a central location with access to mini shops, restaurants and attractions.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. We will stay here every time we come to Jacksonville. We had a couple very minor issues at the beginning of the trip and Robert was very responsive and rectified everything right away. We can’t wait to come back!

Shortly after arriving to the Fancy Dancy, I accidentally locked the door. Unsure of how the lock truly worked, I locked myself out. After reaching out to Tim to let him know of the situation, he was super friendly. He said no problem he can come right over to reset the lock. And he did. He was amazing. He checked on us throughout my trip. One of the best birthday getaways.

Was a very cozy weekend getaway. Very close to the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely the place to stay when you just want to getaway from everything else. We enjoyed ourselves.

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

Love love love! Felt right at home. It just felt like me and my sister, the colors, the decor, just perfect. I didn’t want to leave 😭 Definitely recommend, My sister was even in love with it too. She said sis, we have to book this when we come to Jax again. And I agree, I just hope when we do, it will be available.

From the time we arrived, the host was very responsive and was concerned about our needs. The apartment was beautiful and spotless, the beds were super comfy, and it was very peaceful. I miscalculated the dates we needed to stay, and the host was super gracious to let us stay another night. We will definitely stay there again!

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at This place was immaculate, roomy, fresh flowers, every amenity you could think of (we even inquired a lot of crockpot, they didn’t have one, but ordered one for us on Amazon, so it was there when we arrived) Both Trevor and Sandra were very responsive respectful of our privacy, etc. Could not recommend this place more, super close location to the beach, very quiet location. Very comfortable uncluttered condo with a beautiful view of the ocean in a great neighbourhod. Listening to the sound of the ocean while falling asleep - so peaceful.

This place was AMAZING!!!!! The views of the beach were beautiful. We would definitely love to stay again, hopefully that will be soon. I came to visit my Navy son and his wife. It was our first time meeting her and they visited us and loved the place as well. It was so peaceful and quiet....HOME AWAY FROM HOME 💜

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very spacious and perfect for our trip with another family. The two toddlers had a great time running around, and we didn’t have to worry because it was very kid friendly. It was about a five minute walk to the beach, and the provided beach supplies were a great perk of the listing! It was awesome to have access to a beach wagon to carry all of our stuff. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

We loved this Airbnb! Ocean views from every window and the patio allowed us to watch the sun rise every morning. Ground floor level, proximity to beach access & pool was convenient. Only good things to say about this little place.

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

Very nice place. Furnished and decorated nicely. Identifying the unit was a bit challenging as we arrived at night. Improved signage would help. Mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable as they were softer than we're used to and master was uneven.

This was a very cozy place to stay. It had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean. We would stay here again
