Vacation rentals with beach access in Fernandina Beach

Everything is exactly as pictured but the space is smaller than it appears in pictures-especially the bathroom. For the price, location, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, we had everything we needed and the host was wonderful! Clean and comfortable.

What an amazing place. Only a few steps to the white sand. You could hear the ocean and they were beautiful sunrises every morning. Right out the back door you have the pool. There was a bottle of white wine waiting for us and two bottles of water to get us started. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. So many great restaurants nearby. We walked the beach every day and collected shells and even walked up to Neptune and Atlantic Beach. Perfect spot to stay in Jax Beach.

Ghazal’s place was absolutely beautiful. It was clean, organized, and the exact staycation we needed. We didn’t need anything during our stay, but Ghazal was very responsive upfront. We were welcomed with wine and chocolate, AND fresh flowers! Our entire stay was beyond our expectations. It was a short weekend for us, and we wished we had an extra day or two and talked about making this an annual, if not semi-annual, stay for us because we cannot wait to stay in this exact place again! And certainly with Ghazal - she was fantastic! Thank you so much!!

This place is seriously a Gem. It’s in the best location, and close to everything. If you don’t want to deal with all the beach hustle and bustle, but still want to be close to it, this is the place to stay. We highly recommend this spot, and will be staying each time we come back into town. It’s perfect!

Nice location within walking distance to the beach. Nicely furnished with all the amenities needed. Area felt safe and the host was a great communicator.

My family kept saying throughout our stay “great find mom!”. The location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! The place was clean and very cozy! The kitchen was well stocked and there were many extras provided such as beach towels and throws. It was perfect for two couples. Private spaces and we didn’t disturb each other in the morning. The hosts were very responsive to even my most trivial questions! The next time we visit Jacksonville Beach, I will be looking for a Nomad property!!

It was helpful to have two bathrooms. Our friend who slept on the sofa bed said it was comfortable.

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

Great location, beach is only a 3 minute walk from property. Very clean, host is very communicative and accommodating! We had a great stay while in town for a wedding.

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

My husband and I had a very lovely stay at Laura's adorable home! It was extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable, she supplied EVERYTHING, and was extremely easy to communicate with! We would absolutely stay here again, the next time we are in Jacksonville! Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfectly located near everything we needed. Guy’s communication was outstanding, and he went above and beyond to accommodate a special request for amenities. The golf cart made exploring the area effortless, allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful weather. We can’t wait to come back!

The rental was extremely nice. There were lots of perks and supplies were plentiful. It was close to the beach and not far from the Omni or the shopping area. Cheryl was very easy to communicate with and seems to go above and beyond. If we go back, I would not hesitate to book Cheryl’s Sea Shed again.

The property provided easy access to the beach, and is off a main road that takes you straight to the downtown area. The building felt safe, and was quiet.

We really enjoyed this out stay here! Everything was just as described in the listing. There was an incredible view of the ocean from our room and a short walk to the beach. The beach was very nice and not crowded at all. There was a pool right outside our back door as well! The condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay to be comfortable. There are many great places to eat within a short 10-15 minute drive, too. We would highly recommend Sarah and Michael’s place!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Emelia South. The condo was very clean and it was equipped with everything that you would need for great stay. The management team was very professional and helpful. We would certainly book Emelia South again.

This was one of the best stays we've had as a family vacation. Easy access to anything you could want or need including the beach!! The condo was so clean and well stocked, will absolutely be back!!!!

We had a great stay! We ended up driving most places but parking at the beach and downtown was easy. Plenty of space for our family of 3 and we enjoyed the pool, playground and tennis courts. Everything met our expectations and we had a great trip!

My fiancé and I don’t have much time together right now due to our careers, so the little time we do have we try hard to make special. Our stay at Brigid’s condo was fantastic and very memorable. We will be back without a doubt!
