Beachfront vacation rentals in Fernandina Beach

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

This is one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. It’s beautiful, the location is absolutely perfect (a 3 min walk to the beach practically in your backyard!). It was spotless and well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, a wagon to take everything to the beach, fully stocked kitchen- it really was awesome! Can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a fun beach vacation. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Great unit, very spacious, looks just like the pictures. Loved the easy access to the beach and quiet location. Hosts were super responsive and easy to work with ( including last minute rebooking because of the Oct hurricane). Would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

A great beach retreat for our family! The home was clean, check-in and check-out were seamless, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Our host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and the views were absolutely perfect.

Unit was clean, kitchen and bathrooms were updated and clean, beds/linens very nice. Location very convenient to the pool and tennis court.

Michael was an excellent host and I now have a new place to stay when I come to Jacksonville. The beach front views are perfect and relaxing. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Best, Jelani

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

This was a wonderful house to stay at on our trip. The amenities were wonderful and the host was so accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here and will be back!

My wife and I have stayed at Brigid's place a number of times and we always enjoy our stay! The location, the views, the accommodations, and the amenities are all top-notch! We will definitely come back and stay in the future!

Glenn is a fantastic host. He was very helpful and gave great recommendations. The only negative thing I could say is that the bed is pretty hard. Maybe a mattress topper would be an easy fix. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend staying here. Everything is in walking distance. Hopefully I will get another opportunity to stay here next time I visit! 5 stars!

We had a perfect time staying at John’s beautiful condo! Coffee on the balcony each morning while watching the sunrise over the ocean. We counted 16 turtles in the little “river” that runs by the building. Tons of bird watching too. Super clean, very comfy furniture. The main bedroom bed is SO comfortable! Kitchen had all we needed. Shower in master was fab. Did I mention clean?! Tons of things to do. Easy access to beach. Golf cart is perfect for running to the beach or nearby restaurants. In the garage are coolers, beach chairs, and more. All you need for a perfect beach trip I’d stay at John’s again in a heartbeat!

Brookes place was so quiet, I don’t know if it was because it was down season or what but I never heard any neighbors in the building. The hotel next door however does blast the music until late at night especially on weekends. The place was homey and we felt pretty comfortable. It was a large enough space my parents and brother/sister in law stayed with us including our two young kids, and everyone had their own bathrooms. Was very nice to have access to beach stuff and a private washer/dryer in the unit. I voiced concern to Brooke after my senior mother mentioned she almost fell in the tub during a shower because it was slippery, and Brooke made sure to have two bath tub mats brought to the unit before the day was over. She was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. And had everything we needed for basic everyday cooking. Looking forward to staying again.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! The beach was beautiful and very private. We were literally steps from the water and could hear the ocean waves from every room of the house. There is plenty of outdoor space and chairs to lounge and soak up the sun. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to book this property again!

My husband, our 2 dogs & myself had a wonderful stay in Neptune Beach. The location was a block to the beach in a very dog & people friendly neighborhood. The home was extremely clean & modern. Everything was easy; check in, WiFi, TV, even the light switches were labeled. The host, Christopher was very responsive to our questions & accommodating. We can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Christian's place is a wonderful spot to enjoy all Jax Beach has to offer. It is just a quick walk to the beach, which we loved and is close to a lot of restaurants. The townhouse was very clean. We only stayed one night, so we could not enjoy all this townhouse has to offer, but the kitchen was great and the townhouse overall felt quite spacious. Christian was quick to respond and gave great instructions so we didn't need to ask any questions. Thank you!

My family experienced a very relaxing stay for spring break. The condo is pet friendly which was great for our two dogs. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. All of the beds were super comfortable. Laura was very communicative and there were plenty of extra supplies around the condo. We didn’t end up needing anything, but I felt confident that Laura would take care of anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely time at the Jacksonville Beach bungalow! Jennifer was an amazing host and helped me beyond words! I left something valuable at the home. I reached out to her and she went over there, grabbed it, and sent it to me in the mail! Not many people would do that!We loved our little getaway. It’s so close to the beach, which was perfect. We would stay there again! Jennifer is an amazing host! I cannot say enough about her!

The BEST Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! The house was immaculately clean and comfortable! Directly across the street from a beautiful, well maintained beach. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch listening to the ocean. The hosts; Willie & his beautiful wife were amazingly kind and helpful!! They gave us delicious local restaurant recommendations! If we could stay forever we would! It felt like being with family! Private parking & walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! There is a ton to do and there’s so much to see! Five star experience hands down! If we could leave more stars we would!!

Phatty was very helpful and always responsive. The house was great and well stocked with whatever we needed. It was comfortable and cozy. Lived that we could walk to stores and restaurants. So close to the beach!!! We had a 6 week stay during treatment at Mayo which was super convenient. It truly felt as a home away.

this place is better than advertised. excellent location, footsteps to the beach and pool. lots of great restaurants around. very convenient unit! the hosts were very responsive and were extremely flexible on check in/out times. i highly recommend this location
