My husband, our 2 dogs & myself had a wonderful stay in Neptune Beach. The location was a block to the beach in a very dog & people friendly neighborhood. The home was extremely clean & modern. Everything was easy; check in, WiFi, TV, even the light switches were labeled. The host, Christopher was very responsive to our questions & accommodating. We can’t wait to visit again!

Michael was an excellent host and I now have a new place to stay when I come to Jacksonville. The beach front views are perfect and relaxing. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Best, Jelani

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

My family experienced a very relaxing stay for spring break. The condo is pet friendly which was great for our two dogs. We loved spending time on the balcony listening to the waves and watching the sun rise. All of the beds were super comfortable. Laura was very communicative and there were plenty of extra supplies around the condo. We didn’t end up needing anything, but I felt confident that Laura would take care of anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at this Air Bnb for the night with two of my girls. And the place was SOOO clean, organized, close to the beach, perfect parking, porch, full kitchen and utensils, clean living room and pull out couch, easy to enter and communicate with her, clean bathroom and bedroom with storage, washer and dryer. I can’t even explain how AMAZING this place was. I’m looking to go back to Jacksonville this summer and am absolutely booking with her again !

The BEST Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! The house was immaculately clean and comfortable! Directly across the street from a beautiful, well maintained beach. Our favorite part was sitting on the porch listening to the ocean. The hosts; Willie & his beautiful wife were amazingly kind and helpful!! They gave us delicious local restaurant recommendations! If we could stay forever we would! It felt like being with family! Private parking & walking distance to so many restaurants and shops! There is a ton to do and there’s so much to see! Five star experience hands down! If we could leave more stars we would!!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

This is one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. It’s beautiful, the location is absolutely perfect (a 3 min walk to the beach practically in your backyard!). It was spotless and well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, a wagon to take everything to the beach, fully stocked kitchen- it really was awesome! Can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a fun beach vacation. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 toddlers and it was perfect. Highly recommend!

Great unit, very spacious, looks just like the pictures. Loved the easy access to the beach and quiet location. Hosts were super responsive and easy to work with ( including last minute rebooking because of the Oct hurricane). Would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay right on Jax beach. Updated, clean and modern. Sunrise from the balcony. Lots of great options to eat and drink in walking distance.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. This is a great beach rental! Nice but comfortable and right across from the beach! Well stocked - even had beach chairs which one of our friends forgot. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and a beach store. And it was less than a mile from Publix. I highly recommend this for your next beach stay!

Great location, ease getting in and around the area. Lots to do and see. The home is well maintained, and the host is a great communicator.

We returned to Katie’s Lighthouse this year and loved it as much as we did on our first trip. The house sits right on the beach with perfect views of the ocean from the front deck. We loved walks on the beach and visits to the downtown area with great restaurants and shops. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed, and our host was helpful and responsive. A wonderful visit!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The view and beach access was unmatched -- so gorgeous! The Condo was clean, roomy, and had All the amenities! We could have just brought our bathing suits and EVERYTHING else we needed was waiting for us when we arrived! 10 out of 10 would stay again!

The house was in the perfect location. Less than 5min walk to the beach. 10min walk or less to stores and restaurants. The place was super clean and welcoming. Great amenities as well. We had more than enough bath towels and beach towels to include accessories (chairs, umbrellas, toys etc.) My personal favorite was taking a solo bike ride around the neighborhood. It was always peaceful and felt safe. Even on Saturday when the roads were full of vehicles parking for the beach access it still didn’t fell overcrowded. This place is definitely one to remember and I look forward to booking again.
