The house is located on a quiet side street above the best organic shop/bistro "Ernas". Public transport is 5 and the main train station is 15 minutes walking distance. Long walks or a small bike trip, we have a lot of nature to offer and are happy to give excursion tips. The apartment (58 sqm) overlooking the countryside is located on the 2nd floor of a small three-family house (8 steep steps), 2 minutes' walk from the train station. Hey dear guests, I am renting out a nice, bright and quiet two-room apartment with balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator. The apartment is 60 square meters, newly renovated and brand new and furnished with love. However, some things like carpets and pictures are still missing at the moment. But it won't be long before the apartment is fully furnished. It is close to the university, and you can also get to the city center quickly.

Small but nice. Our cozy 30 sqm studio apartment offers the possibility to sleep 3 people. Here you will find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and Netflix don't get bored. Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.
