For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The Oktoberfest is a 3-minute walk away, as well as all public transport, shops, restaurants, cafés and a city park. The spacious living area with a room height of up to 4 meters and two separate bedrooms offer the ideal accommodation for families and groups. The huge window to the west and the roof terrace open up a view over the beautiful old building district.

Our cozy, individually furnished accommodation is a residential unit on the upper floor with a private bathroom (shower/toilet), a single kitchen and a small, silent refrigerator (36 liters) that is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen, in a niche, is the third sleeping option. A covered seating area is available to you on the east side. The small, hairless Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the neighboring house likes to visit us daily.
