Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Cozy apartment in the Mangfall Valley

My apartment is in the beautiful Mangfalltal in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (Feldkirchen district). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham train station (4 min. by car or 20-25 min. on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 min. by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. This way, you can explore both cities without a car.

This charming apartment of 54 square meters offers friendly and bright accommodation for up to 3 people in the Mangfall Valley. You can reach all the important places in no time from this centrally located place. The cities of Munich, Rosenheim and Salzburg, the mountains, Lake Chiemsee, Lake Tegernsee and other Upper Bavarian lakes can be reached in 20-60 minutes by car or train. The Bruckmühl train station is within a max. 5 minutes on foot.

Das gemütliche, modern rustikale Apartment, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu bestens ausgebauten Wanderwegen, sowie einem großen Loipennetzwerk . Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Beautifully located between Munich and the Alps in the Upper Bavarian village of Aying is our apartment "Kirchblick" on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated country house with a total of three apartments.
