Die Unterkunft Zum Oktoberfest bieten wir einen exklusiven Shuttle-Service gegen Gebühr direkt zum Oktoberfest an. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind durch einen Flur und Türen getrennt. Sie haben einen separaten Eingang, bei Bedarf mit selbstständigem Check in mit Schlüsselsafe. Wenn es uns möglich ist, begrüßen wir sie gerne persönlich und erklären den Whirlpool (30,-/Aufenthalt / Woche).

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Welcome to our charming apartment in Oberholzham, an idyllic village in the Bavarian Mangfall Valley! The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house and can accomodate up to 4 guests. Due to its location, the apartment offers the perfect starting point for unforgettable excursions to the mountains, to Munich or Salzburg or for a relaxing day on the huge balcony terrace with a breathtaking alpine panorama from the spray to the Kampenwand!

Cozy apartment in the Mangfall Valley

My apartment is in the beautiful Mangfalltal in the heart of Feldkirchen-Westerham (Feldkirchen district). It is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the southern Munich area or as a stopover on the way to the south or north. Westerham train station (4 min. by car or 20-25 min. on foot) and Aying S-Bahn station (12 min. by car) offer train connections to both Munich and Rosenheim. This way, you can explore both cities without a car.

Terralpin Apartments - DG between Munich and Lake Chiemsee

This charming apartment of 54 square meters offers friendly and bright accommodation for up to 3 people in the Mangfall Valley. You can reach all the important places in no time from this centrally located place. The cities of Munich, Rosenheim and Salzburg, the mountains, Lake Chiemsee, Lake Tegernsee and other Upper Bavarian lakes can be reached in 20-60 minutes by car or train. The Bruckmühl train station is within a max. 5 minutes on foot.

Cozy room with bathroom and view

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Step into the mountain view apartment and feel right at home in your little chalet and look forward to countless nature and sports adventures! Close to mountains and Lake Chiemsee. The Kampenwand cable car is a 5-minute walk and the mountaineering village of Sachrang is a few minutes by car! Relax and enjoy mountain views on your sun balcony. Snuggle into the cozy box-spring bed or relax in the sauna with a large relaxation room!

Forest house

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). In less than 10 minutes' walk you can reach several restaurants, a bakery, an ice cream parlor, a supermarket and much more. By car, you can reach beautiful lakes and impressive mountains within half an hour, which invite you to explore.
