Felanitx vacation rentals

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Victoria und es war einfach viel zu kurz. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie zuhause vom ersten Moment an, Victoria reagiert auf alle Nachrichten super schnell, das Haus ist top ausgestattet - es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Man kann von Sekunde eins die Ruhe genießen, wir wären am liebsten viel länger geblieben. Good job, Victoria, du hast hier eine richtige Perle :)

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Unterkunft und haben den Starkregen und den Sturm gut überstanden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen; haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe im Garten genossen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen an einer stärker befahrenen Straße, was uns aber nicht so stark gestört hat. Einzig einen Tisch im Innenbereich hätten wir uns gewünscht; Bei den 2 Tagen Dauerregen haben wir eben drinnen gepicknickt und hatten in der Küche die Badelatschen an, weil zwar alles Überdacht ist, bei dem Starkregen aber der Boden der Aussenküche natürlich nass war :)

This home is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the ocean! We stayed 8 nights with our 3 grown children. The rooms were perfect for our family. There are multiple levels, so it is important to feel comfortable with stairs (this was not an issue for us). The AC worked very well. One bedroom that has a single twin bed does not have an AC, but the fan was sufficient in that room. We loved having access to swim in the ocean right off of our property! One of the showers is small (good for smaller people). The other shower was a good size. Portocolom is an easy walk with a few nice restaurants. We had a car so we drove to many local towns & beaches. There is a good supermarket (Eroski) in Portocolom, less than 5min drive. Sunset from the upper balcony was magnificent! We’d definitely love to come back to this beautiful home!!

Traumhafte Finca mit tollen Pool und ruhiger Lage. Unser highlight waren die Orangen- und Zitronenbäume mit denen man sich morgens einen frischgepressten Saft zubereiten konnte. Das Haus war in einer ruhigen Lage mit viel Platz zum nächsten Nachbarn, allerdings das erste mal etwas schwer zu finden. Das Wifi hätte etwas besser sein können, ansonsten haben wir nichts auszusetzen. Super schönes Haus mit großem Pool und outdoor Küche zum absolut fairem Preis. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung verlief Problemlos und schnell. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Ruhig gelegenes, geräumiges, sehr sauberes Haus mit tollem Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter.

The house is absolutely incredible, truly stunning in every way: from the furnishings to the spaces, the pool, the kitchen, and the three terraces with sun all day long until sunset, where we enjoyed wonderful aperitifs. The attention to detail is impeccable, and Dagmar and Lena were very kind. At check-in, they even provided us with a delicious homemade cake. The house is fully equipped and it's really hard to find anything missing. The only negative points are the soundproofing of the rooms, which all face the street, and the mattress in the master bedroom, which is a bit small and soft. We expected the town of Felantix to be a little different. It is still not very touristy and very characteristic, with many references to the Arab world in its architecture and also in the population that lives there. Unfortunately services are generally poor, and restaurants are almost non-existent... everything is a bit neglected, with many shops abandoned or closed.

Catalina's villa was everything we expected. It is very spacious both inside and outside, is in a quiet area (by itself), and had a great pool and views. It is also very well equipped. Catalina had kindly provided some fruit, beers, cheese, butter, bread and some chocolates for us. She is super helpful. Our adult children arrived ahead of us by public transport and couldn't get a taxi from nearby Felanitx to the villa. Catalina picked them up! She also let us check out late as we had evening flights. We had a great holiday!

We loved staying here! Child proof house! And everything you need is in the kitchen, if you’re into cooking or baking. Very clean. It’s very private. Supermarket within 10-20 minutes.
