This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

The finca in Son Prohens offers pure relaxation! It is nestled in rolling hills with views of the mountain San Salvador, a house in nature, but also not too secluded. Porto Colom and Felanitx are close. Very high quality equipment in every detail. Two terraces for evenings together and sunsets. Swim spa and sundeck outside accessible from the terrace by stairs. Wonderful beaches, such as the natural beach Es Trenc, are within easy reach.

Finca Son Ramonet is the perfect house for a family holiday, with 5 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, big dining area, BBQ, a big private pool of 10x 5 m with 10 sunbeds, table-tennis, playground, gardens... everything in an area of 28 thousand sq m for your private use only. It's at just 2,5 km from the town, with supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, health centre... The closest beaches are at only 10 km and Palma airport is at 36 km.

We had a wonderful week at the property and survived the heavy rain and storm well. We would book again at any time; felt very comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility in the garden. The bedrooms are located on a more busy street, which did not bother us so much. We only would have liked a table indoors; in the 2 days of continuous rain, we just picnic inside and had the bath rugs on in the kitchen, because everything is covered, but with the heavy rain, the floor of the outdoor kitchen was of course wet:)

Fantastic finca with great pool and quiet location. Our highlight was the orange and lemon trees with which you could prepare a freshly squeezed juice in the morning. The house was in a quiet location with plenty of space for the nearest neighbor, but a little hard to find for the first time. The wifi could have been a little better, otherwise we have nothing to complain about. Super nice house with large pool and outdoor kitchen at absolutely fair price. Communication with the building management was seamless and quick. We would definitely visit again!

We were at the finca for the ninth time and spent a great 1-week vacation here. The location is incredibly beautiful: so quiet, so much to itself, looking into the entire valley - speechless every day anew! A great starting point for excursions - we felt like we were everywhere quickly. And how exciting the driveway. We loved it!! The villa itself is beautiful: so valuable, so clean, everything was there. And if anything was missing or questions arose, we could always contact Claudia and she immediately helped where she could. We had such a relaxing time - thanks to Claudia for her help and thanks to Laura for this great finca. I'm almost afraid we'll be back ♥️

We arrived late (8 pm) and Juan welcomed us super friendly. He was always available and immediately helpful with questions. Yes, the road to the property is different than you might know - but we got the location sent and had no problems getting there! The villa looks exactly like in the photos. You are completely on your own, you can watch the sunrise in the morning and have your peace and quiet. In the garden there is a lemon tree whose fruits were a dream:) Juan also took care of the cleaning of the barbecue and the disposal of the garbage, you should only make sure that you separate it sensibly! All in all, we were completely satisfied. Location, kitchen amenities, etc. We will be happy to come back! Kind regards from Dortmund.

The house is absolutely incredible, truly stunning in every way: from the furnishings to the spaces, the pool, the kitchen, and the three terraces with sun all day long until sunset, where we enjoyed wonderful aperitifs. The attention to detail is impeccable, and Dagmar and Lena were very kind. At check-in, they even provided us with a delicious homemade cake. The house is fully equipped and it's really hard to find anything missing. The only negative points are the soundproofing of the rooms, which all face the street, and the mattress in the master bedroom, which is a bit small and soft. We expected the town of Felantix to be a little different. It is still not very touristy and very characteristic, with many references to the Arab world in its architecture and also in the population that lives there. Unfortunately services are generally poor, and restaurants are almost non-existent... everything is a bit neglected, with many shops abandoned or closed.
