At the beginning of 2025, we took it over and since then have been transforming five apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and rest. We have waived TVs and invite you to arrive at your own place: in nature, on the nearby beach. Listen to the sound of the waves, breathe and enjoy the simple, beautiful life.

Gut Niendorf Carriage House

A lovely thatched roof cottage. The former driver's house is located on the grounds of the estate Niendorf. From their own terrace, our guests enjoy the magnificent view into the estate park. The well-known cities such as Schwerin and Wismar and the Baltic Sea can be reached in no time. A free parking space for 2 cars is right by the house. There are 5 sleeping options in the depot. For more people, guest rooms with a bathroom/pantry can be booked.

Honeymoon, small but fine cottage on the Baltic Sea

The honeymoon is located on the western outskirts of Warnkenhagen, 1 km from the Baltic Sea. We have been developing a 6-hectare property with flowers, fruits, vegetables, ponds and vacation homes for 10 years. The way to the beach goes through fields and a small forest. Then come to the beautiful natural beach on Lübeck Bay. Our guests can also use the sauna and the garden and also our covered barbecue terrace with fireplace. We look forward to seeing you.

The Kösterwohnung is located on the ground floor of the historic country house that probably once belonged to the Lammershagen estate: 85 sqm – equipped with cozy kitchen-living room, fireplace, piano (slightly disturbed) and private terrace. The romantic, communal garden offers plenty of space to unwind. Wifi (fiber optic 200mbts), bed linen, towels incl. Selenter See 15, in the village 5 minutes on foot, 17 km to the Baltic Sea (20 min. by car).

After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. The cottage is in a backyard in the center of Eppendorf. Thus, everything you need is in reach by foot (supermarket, restaurants, bars, public transport and shops). The cottage is open concept and has two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with the kitchen, the bathroom. Upstairs is a sleeping area as well as a separate bed room. The cottage is suitable for couples, individual adventurers and families with kids.

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
