From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

Moin and welcome to our apartment in Dänschendorf on Fehmarn. Completely renovated in 2022, this apartment leaves nothing to be desired in an old captain's house. On 100m² you have room for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the evening, you can relax after an eventful day in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake. Perfect WiFi provides Starlink satellite internet. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The construction trailer is equipped for 2 persons: there is a cozy 1.60 m wide bed, a small table with 2 chairs and a kitchen corner. To the bathroom and the outdoor sink, you have to walk a few meters through the garden. You can relax on the terrace and in the garden or take nice excursions from here!

The fresh Baltic Sea air can be enjoyed wonderfully on the furnished terrace and is very suitable for an extensive breakfast and also dinner. Barbecue can also be done here. The Baltic Sea is only 75 meters away and invites you to take walks or bike rides. Kitesurfers can easily walk to the kitespot (Stehrevier) in a few minutes on foot.

The bedroom has a double bed and a large mirror closet. A partition provides a spatial delimitation to the living room; a door is not available here. The children's room has two single beds and a wooden wardrobe.

Relax with us on Fehmarn. Interior design, architecture, and design combine this home. If you love the special thing, you will feel comfortable with us throughout the year. The property is located in a semi-detached house planned and built by our architectural firm. The facade with brick plates from the Danish brick egg Petersen Tegl is traditional and extraordinary at the same time.
